This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Shenzhen; it's consistently excellent. The afternoon tea set is lovely, and the breakfast is also very substantial. I highly recommend the congee!

Eve at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. 🥰 The hotel is newly opened and clean. 👍 The facilities are new, and the Hyatt group is great. 👍 This time, I booked three rooms, and they were spacious with large beds, so we slept well. 👍 The bathroom was also very big. 😊 Breakfast wasn't overly elaborate, but it was acceptable. 😋

The environment is beautiful, the service is attentive, the staff are polite, the rooms are clean, and the buffet offers fresh and delicious food. Steaks are cooked to order, allowing you to choose your preferred doneness, and there's also Peking duck and a wide variety of desserts. It's highly recommended.

The environment is beautiful, the staff are polite, the pool is clean and lovely, and the rooms are exquisite. For birthdays, they even provide decorations and a beautiful fruit platter. The breakfast buffet offers delicious and fresh food. Highly recommended.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel itself has some history, it doesn't feel old at all. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the shopping nearby was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Kempinski Hotel has an excellent location, very close to Coastal City and MixC World, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The overall hotel service is great, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is located next to the shopping mall MixC and the Shenzhen bay culture square. However, the room size was slightly disappointing as it was smaller than expected given the price, but we were able to enjoy the city view from the room. The facilities were great, with a relaxing sauna and steam room as well as a jacuzzi in the changing room, but if you plan to use the swimming pool, you will have to either bring your own swimming cap or buy one on site. The fitness gym was well equipped with a variety of machines.
