The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Breakfast was excellent. However, after 11:00 PM, there was no robot delivery for takeout orders to the room, so I had to take two elevators down to the lobby to pick it up. This is something that needs improvement. The subway downstairs is convenient, so it's not a problem to go down a couple of stops.

The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, Xiao Qiu, provided enthusiastic service. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely come back next time!

This is my third time at Shangri-La Nanshan, and it's just as wonderful as ever. The hotel is comfortable and clean, every spot is picture-perfect, and both the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea are delicious. The service is absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be back!

The hotel's high-altitude views are superb! We stayed in a family room, which was clean, spacious, and featured a bathtub, a separate wet and dry area, and even a mini walk-in closet! We requested birthday decorations when booking, and everything was ready for us at check-in. The complimentary cake was delicious! Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as desserts like black sesame soup and freshly squeezed juices! Enjoying breakfast from a window seat on the 46th floor was a delightful experience. However, you need to wake up early to eat, as there's a queue if you go later.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway exit and has a comfortable environment. However, the dinner and breakfast options are limited. Overall, it's decent, but I would only consider staying again if there's a special offer. The infinity pool is generally comfortable.

My vacation in Shenzhen this time was truly made special by the Hotel Indigo Venice. The hotel's environment is beautiful and full of design flair, making for a very comfortable stay. What I want to praise most are the staff; every single one was smiling, professional, and courteous, and they even proactively offered us a late checkout. The hotel's location is also excellent, right near the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. I will definitely be back next time!
