The hotel has a beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, and a rich breakfast. The restaurant on the 27th floor offers an open view. The pool is already small, and with two additional lane lines, children can't play freely. There's a 7-11 convenience store near the hotel, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to Sea World.

Convenient transportation: There is a subway station downstairs, Guiwan Station. Cleanliness: It is a brand new hotel with brand new facilities, comfortable bedding, and a high-flow overhead shower. Service: Attentive and responsible, with a complimentary late checkout until 4:00 PM. Staff members will deliver freshly laundered clothes back to the room, and delivery robots are also available, making the service extremely convenient and fast.

The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, or you can take a taxi directly to and from the hotel entrance. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for late-night meals. The room has a voice-controlled assistant that can automatically open and close the curtains and lights.

This was my first stay, and it was a good experience. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Sea World Shekou. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, and the lobby staff were polite and patiently explained everything. Additionally, I purchased a package that included accommodation with breakfast and dinner buffets. The restaurant environment was clean, and the buffet offered a wide variety of food. The seafood was very fresh, and I was very satisfied with the food quality. The restaurant staff were also very polite. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at recently, and I will definitely return.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the hygiene is good. The location is close to attractions like Nantou Ancient City. Guests can enter Qianhai DX-PARK 2.0 Geocentric Park at half price, offering great value for money.

The hotel is located right above the subway station; please note that currently there is only an upward escalator, no downward one. The front desk was very polite and upgraded our room. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It is a few minutes' walk to the MixC mall. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is convenient, with direct access to Houhai Station via Metro Line 11, and it's close to Shenzhen Bay MixC. The breakfast selection is quite rich. However, the hotel's swimming pool is not exclusively for hotel guests; outsiders can also use it, and there are even coaches teaching swimming. This means the crowd can be a bit mixed, which doesn't feel ideal.

Stayed at Hotel Jen Qianhai and had a really great experience. The hotel is in a quiet location with a peaceful neighborhood, which made the stay very relaxing. At the same time, there are enough facilities, restaurants, and convenient options nearby, including an amazing coffee shop close by.
A special compliment to the housekeeping team — everything was very clean, well maintained, and handled professionally throughout the stay.
The gym was also excellent, especially for anyone who trains seriously. It had great support for a full HIIT workout, which is quite rare to find in Shenzhen hotels.
Overall, Hotel Jen Qianhai is a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped hotel with a calm atmosphere and great amenities. Highly recommended!!
