I was extremely satisfied with my first stay for my birthday last year, and this year, I was still thinking about everything at this hotel. The room was excellent, as expected, but we were especially looking forward to the dinner and breakfast buffets. They were truly, truly better than anything in Hong Kong. The wine was free-flowing, the oysters were all-you-can-eat, and the food quality was beyond five-star. Even with a full house, there was no rush for food because there was plenty for everyone. The waitstaff were truly sharp and professional; when we stained our clothes, they immediately offered us wet wipes. The restaurant environment was incredibly beautiful, with tasteful design, high ceilings that didn't feel oppressive, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that were comfortable both day and night. Another key point: the air conditioning was perfectly cool! I especially have to mention that the iced Americano in the morning was even better than the one from the coffee machine! Also, the pastries were all Western-style, not the pre-made mainland Chinese style. We ate a lot, and it was all delicious.

I chose to go during the weekday. The hotel's decor and room size are average for a five-star hotel, but it's worth mentioning that the food is very well prepared. Whether it's the breakfast or dinner buffet, the food quality and variety are the best I've had at any five-star hotel in mainland China. The dinner buffet includes unlimited foie gras, sashimi, and even the beef for the hot pot is Wagyu quality. The shrimp and crab are also very fresh. The food is very satisfying and the entire trip can be described as a culinary journey. There are many options for both breakfast and dinner. Even if I may not stay at the hotel again, I might purchase the dinner buffet again. In addition, the swimming pool also has a sauna and hot tub, don't miss it.

There was lobster (not all-you-can-eat), but the oysters, razor clams, and foie gras were unlimited. They also had fresh, fatty beef and shrimp for hot pot. The hotel facilities included an indoor swimming pool, a heated pool, a sauna, and a gym, perfect for working out after a huge buffet! 💪 The upgrade to a deluxe room was worth it; the room had a bathtub 🛁 and double sinks! 👍🏻 The room decor was also very comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was comfortable, and they provided a simple birthday setup upon request. I had high expectations for the dinner buffet based on reviews, but honestly, I was quite disappointed. First, the selection of cooked dishes wasn't extensive or appealing; only the pan-fried foie gras was really worth it. Also, each person only received half a lobster for the entire evening (whereas many major hotel buffets in Hong Kong are offering buy-one-get-one-free with unlimited lobster!). And the hot pot with fatty beef, mentioned in other reviews, was no longer available. The only truly satisfying part of the evening was the dessert section, which had a good variety, especially the coconut pudding, which was delicious. It's no wonder there was someone live-streaming and promoting this dinner buffet all night. As for the breakfast buffet the next day, it was a pleasant surprise. The variety of food for breakfast was quite extensive; there were six types of congee alone, and the pastries were good. The dim sum and fried noodles were just average, with ordinary flavor.

The hotel location is a bit remote, but the environment is new and quiet. We notified the hotel in advance about celebrating a birthday, and upon check-in, they provided a cake and small decorations. They also arranged for a 2 PM check-out, which was very thoughtful. The buffet dinner was of good quality, with teppanyaki and seafood, including half a lobster and a hairy crab per person. The crab was relatively small. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the gym and swimming pool are in a separate, more distant building. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough, so it was a bit stuffy and hot. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel location is a bit far, about 30+ RMB from Futian Port. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. I booked two rooms that could be connected to create one king-size bed and two single beds, suitable for families. There are also two toilets and two bathtubs. The breakfast is very rich, and the restaurant is large. The executive lounge is average. It's convenient, just a couple of blocks away from Yitian Holiday Plaza. The staff service is good. The swimming pool is large, and the bathroom has a jacuzzi and sauna. If you're going on vacation to relax, it's a good choice and worth recommending.

It’s such a thoughtful setup—finally, a place where adults can actually enjoy their food while keeping a close eye on their little ones! The staff were friendly, the amenities were top-notch, and the attention to cleanliness and family convenience truly stood out. If you’re traveling with kids and want a stress-free, enjoyable stay, this hotel is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised that even the restaurant had birthday decorations. The bathing stool arranged by the hotel for the elderly was very safe, considerate, and easy to use! Awesome! The hotel facilities are also very well maintained, as expected of a brand hotel. Service: Very good, friendly, smiling, and kind. Cleanliness: Excellent, 100 points.

The hotel service, cleanliness, and staff attitude were all excellent. I requested a late check-out during check-in, and they allowed me to check out at 1:00 pm. There is a shopping mall about 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel pool is nice; it wasn't too crowded when I went, and the 1.2-meter depth is suitable for children to swim. The hotel buffet meets the standard; there was a good variety of food, and overall, it was a good experience.

The room is nice, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are quite substantial. I really like the desserts at this dinner, which I feel are even better than the Sheraton in Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel facilities are also quite good. The gym has pretty much all the equipment you could need. There is also a jacuzzi and hot stone bed by the pool, which are worth trying. The only downside is that it's not too close to the subway station. In this weather, I would recommend calling a car.
