It took a while to find the entrance to the South Sea Building, and it also took some time to find the front desk and the elevators to the guest rooms. Very professional service, spacious and clean hotel, worthy of a five-star hotel! The abundant buffet breakfast really takes 3 hours to fully enjoy! But even more surprising is the hotel's buffet dinner. I ate my favorite roast beef, full of juice and meaty flavor (eating 4 slices was worth the price of admission)! During my stay, it was the season for hairy crabs. The buffet dinner included one hairy crab per person, weighing about 4-5 taels, which was super great! The hairy crabs even had shipping labels, so you don't have to worry about eating crabs from unknown origins. In addition, they also offer freshly shucked oysters from France, prepared live by the chef. To be honest, I really wouldn't dare eat oysters at other restaurants besides five-star hotels. Also, for the first time at a buffet, I ate freshly wrapped Peking duck and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, all of which were delicious. There was also free flow red wine, white wine, and soda. In summary, the hotel buffet dinner has a super high price-performance ratio and is really worth going again!

The double terrace is definitely the biggest selling point of this hotel. There is an indoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, the South Sea Wing swimming pool is two meters deep I believe most customers will give up! The gym is open 24 hours a day. Thank you Jenny at the front desk for being very considerate and thoughtful for us, it was a poor baggage attendant! Enjoyed a pleasant one-night stay in a standard sea-view room at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design, comfortable bed, and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel's location is convenient, near Sea World, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast selection was adequate, a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, though the taste was average. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were efficient. The only minor drawback was the slightly weak soundproofing in the room, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Suitable for both business and leisure travelers, offering good value for money. There's a direct bus to the hotel entrance.

The room was very spacious, and the balcony had a view of Shenzhen Bay. I'm not sure if it's because the floor wasn't high enough, but the sea view was slightly obstructed. The staff provided excellent service and were very willing to help us. The staff took great photos of us during afternoon tea! The hotel's location is a bit far from all the major shopping malls, but it's secluded and quiet. Overall, the hotel is perfect for a vacation; it's very comfortable, and I would come again.

The hotel is divided into two parts: Nanhai Wing and Wanghai Wing. The Nanhai Wing was renovated from the Nanhai Hotel. Its facilities and style are relatively traditional, but it has the feeling of a Southeast Asian resort hotel. The suite is designed with double balconies, offering a wide view of the sea and the mountains in Yuen Long, giving you a relaxing feeling. The hotel's buffet dinner has a wide variety of food, including freshly caught seafood, freshly cut beef as hot pot ingredients, and freshly grilled oysters that are juicy and tender.

Ordering a set menu is the ideal choice. The hotel has a fantastic location, with sea views from both wings, which is incredibly relaxing. Especially in the evenings with the cool breeze, the service staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. It's great value for money. The buffet dinner maintains its standards, and breakfast is even more surprising with a wide variety of options!

Service: The hotel offers all the amenities expected of a five-star hotel. The breakfast is decent, and it's not too crowded. The Wanghai Tower has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor pool is no more than 1.1 meters deep, making it suitable for children to play in. There's also a bubble pool. The indoor pool is no more than 1.5 meters deep, with a comfortable temperature. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

This time, I chose this international brand hotel to celebrate my friend's birthday. Their service truly lives up to the brand's reputation. First, the staff at the front desk during check-in were incredibly friendly and proactively offered a fruit platter and upgraded us to a sea-view room! When we had the buffet dinner, there wasn't any special setup because I hadn't mentioned it was for a birthday celebration. However, the staff were wonderful and surprised us with two servings of abalone and sea cucumber! Also, some of the Western bread at the dinner buffet was cold, which I didn't enjoy. The staff kindly offered to heat it up for me! That was very thoughtful! Hotel location: It's just a few minutes' walk to Sea World! It's really convenient. Transportation convenience: It only costs about 20-something yuan to call a car from Shenzhen Bay Port. You can also choose to take the subway, which is very convenient. Service: The service is truly top-notch. It's definitely a renowned brand hotel.
