The experience of staying at MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay was exceptional! Boasting stunning ocean views, the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably new. The staff is warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, creating a relaxing, home-away-from-home atmosphere. The dining options are diverse and delicious, and the location is fantastic. It was a perfectly luxurious getaway experience, highly recommended!
The hotel is very new and nice, though not as luxurious as imagined. All facilities and services meet 5-star standards. The breakfast is rich, with ice cream served during breakfast hours, and the eggs Benedict and yellow croaker and sea urchin wontons are quite good. The room offers a sea view, but it is not particularly breathtaking and looks directly at the building opposite, so closing the curtains is a must.
We had a very satisfying family stay. The hotel has many heartwarming little details, such as displaying the booker's name on the television as a welcome gesture. For the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel thoughtfully prepared mooncakes. The ocean view from the room is unbeatable, the breakfast has a great variety, and we left very full. Alison and Piera provided attentive and thoughtful service, taking care of every detail. Piera's hand-drawn greeting card was so heartwarming and touching! All the guest relations staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable and the overall experience super wonderful. We look forward to visiting again.

The exterior, lobby, and rooms of the hotel have a magnificent feel, especially the rooms and bathrooms, which are extremely beautiful and clean. The buffet breakfast is top-notch. The only disappointing part is that the mattress is super hard, which heavily impacts sleep quality. This is quite rare for a hotel, and we hope the management can make some improvements.
