Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening that day. Thanks to the staff member who checked us in for the detailed explanation. The F&B staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra mineral water bottles provided were super convenient. If there's a similar package again, we will definitely visit once more. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. Overall, all aspects were commendable, and I was satisfied with the stay. I would prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Staying at this hotel with kids was truly hassle-free! The parent-child facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with a children's play area and fun props – the kids didn't want to leave. The service was also super attentive; staff member Aggie Xiaoju was especially enthusiastic, proactively helping with children's items and answering questions. The attention to detail was exceptional. We stayed comfortably and worry-free throughout, completely freeing up parents' hands. To celebrate my daughter's birthday, I specifically booked this hotel with a water park. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Because it was her birthday, LEO at the front desk upgraded our room, gave us a small gift, and extended our check-out time to 2 PM. When we entered the room, there were even birthday decorations! The pool water was very clean, and although the sand on the artificial beach wasn't fine, it was still comfortable to walk on. Life jackets and armbands were available for free loan. The breakfast was very rich, with fresh juice, a noodle station, congee, and a wide variety of cereals. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't have a coffee capsule machine, but it was available at the buffet! I will definitely come again next time!
