Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with the children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening today. Thanks to the staff at the entrance for their detailed explanation. The food and beverage staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra bottles of mineral water were super convenient. If this package is offered again, we will definitely return. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was incredibly warm and attentive. He handled check-in and itinerary planning seamlessly, making the entire process comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail regarding hygiene, which made for a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. All things considered, every aspect was commendable, and I was satisfied with the overall stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again in the future.

Staying at this hotel with kids was incredibly stress-free! The parent-child facilities are super comprehensive, with a children's play area and fun props for kids – my child didn't want to leave. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; staff member Aggie Xiaoju was especially enthusiastic, proactively helping with children's items and answering questions. The attention to detail was exceptional. We had a comfortable and worry-free stay throughout, completely freeing up parents' hands. This is definitely the right choice for traveling with kids, highly recommended!

To celebrate my daughter's birthday, I specifically booked this hotel with a water park. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Because it was her birthday, Leo at the front desk upgraded our room, gave us a small gift, and extended our checkout time to 2 PM. When we entered the room, there were even birthday decorations! The pool water was very clean, and while the sand on the artificial beach wasn't super fine, it was still comfortable to walk on. Life jackets and arm floats were available for free loan. Breakfast was very rich, with fresh juice, a noodle station, congee, and a wide variety of cereals. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't have a coffee pod machine, but the buffet did! We will definitely come again next time!
