整潔度：十分乾淨 自助晚餐：提供三文魚&吞拿魚刺身、煎牛扒&羊架、手切肥牛、各式小火鍋配料，沒有紅白氣酒，味道以果腹已言算可以 自助早餐：整體比晚餐好，有牛什、蒸排骨、豉汁鳳爪、即製腸粉 服務：參加了航空導覽課程，了解歷史背景，小孩獲益良多。完結後有小禮物派送。

Henry Chen, the staff member who handled our check-in, was very professional. He patiently explained the dining options included in the package, where children could play, and arranged an early check-in and room upgrade for us. He deserves 10 thumbs up. Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening that day. Thanks to the staff member who checked us in for the detailed explanation. The F&B staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra mineral water bottles provided were super convenient. If there's a similar package again, we will definitely visit once more. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was incredibly warm and attentive. He handled check-in and itinerary planning with great efficiency, making the entire process feel comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene, ensuring a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. Overall, all aspects were commendable, and I was satisfied with the stay. I would prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

酒店地理位置方便，由福田高鐵站去到只是10幾分鐘車程👍之前同酒店聯絡安排生日佈置，酒店亦都配合安排佈置，小朋友好驚喜👍房間設計方便，廁所乾濕分離，有一張大梳妝台方便化妝👍酒店早餐豐富選擇尚算多，亦都有活動安排俾小朋友，小廚師，酒店導賞團，又有下午茶，早餐，亦都安排車去福田高鐵站，呢個價錢簡直超值，間酒店每一個員工都好好

带娃住这家酒店真的太省心了！亲子设施超齐全，儿童游乐区、童趣小道具样样都有，娃玩到不想走。服务也超贴心，工作人员Aggie小橘特别热情，主动帮忙拿儿童用品、解答问题，细节做得特别到位。全程住得舒服又安心，完全解放家长双手，带娃出行选这家准没错，强烈推荐！

同阿女慶祝生日，專乘訂咗這間有水上樂園嘅酒店。間房好大，尤其是個洗手間同浴缸。因為生日，前台LEO升級咗房間，更送了小禮物同延遲退房到2點。入到房仲有生日佈置！泳池水很乾淨，人造沙灘嘅沙唔幼不過踩落去都唔un腳。有救生衣同水泡袖可以免費借用。早餐好豐富，有新鮮果汁，有面檔、粥、谷物類都好豐富。房間沒有咖啡膠囊機係美中不足，不過自助餐有！下次會再尼！

與朋友一家假期到酒店度假，房間很大，都比較乾淨整潔，隔音不錯。另外有兒童課程小朋友很開心，附近有一個小型商場和地下街，很多食肆。都比較近地鐵站 自助早餐和自助晚餐食物豐富，多種類選擇。在Klook買套票十分之抵。
