Cleanliness: Very clean Buffet Dinner: Offers salmon & tuna sashimi, pan-fried steak & lamb chops, hand-sliced fatty beef, various hot pot ingredients. No red, white, or sparkling wine. The taste is acceptable for filling one's stomach. Buffet Breakfast: Overall better than dinner. Includes beef offal, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet with black bean sauce, and freshly made rice noodle rolls. Service: Participated in an aviation guided tour, learned about the historical background, which greatly benefited the children. Small gifts were distributed at the end.

Henry Chen, the staff member who handled our check-in, was very professional. He patiently explained the dining options included in the package, where children could play, and arranged an early check-in and room upgrade for us. He deserves 10 thumbs up. Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening that day. Thanks to the staff member who checked us in for the detailed explanation. The F&B staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra mineral water bottles provided were super convenient. If there's a similar package again, we will definitely visit once more. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene, ensuring a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. Overall, all aspects were commendable, and I was satisfied with the stay. I would prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

I contacted the hotel beforehand to arrange birthday decorations, and they cooperated with the setup, which pleasantly surprised the children 👍. The room design is practical, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a large dressing table for makeup 👍. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and there are also activities arranged for children, such as a 'Little Chef' program and a hotel guided tour. They also offer afternoon tea and breakfast, and arrange transportation to Futian High-Speed Rail Station. This price is absolutely excellent, and every staff member at the hotel is wonderful.

Staying at this hotel with kids was truly hassle-free! The parent-child facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with a children's play area and fun props – the kids didn't want to leave. The service was also super attentive; staff member Aggie Xiaoju was especially enthusiastic, proactively helping with children's items and answering questions. The attention to detail was exceptional. We stayed comfortably and worry-free throughout, completely freeing up parents' hands. This is definitely the right choice for traveling with kids, highly recommended!

To celebrate my daughter's birthday, I specifically booked this hotel with a water park. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Because it was her birthday, LEO at the front desk upgraded our room, gave us a small gift, and extended our check-out time to 2 PM. When we entered the room, there were even birthday decorations! The pool water was very clean, and although the sand on the artificial beach wasn't fine, it was still comfortable to walk on. Life jackets and armbands were available for free loan. The breakfast was very rich, with fresh juice, a noodle station, congee, and a wide variety of cereals. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't have a coffee capsule machine, but it was available at the buffet! I will definitely come again next time!

I went on a holiday with my friends' family to a hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, with good soundproofing. There were also children's classes, which the kids enjoyed. Nearby, there's a small shopping mall and an underground street with many restaurants. It's also quite close to the subway station. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of food choices. Buying a package on Klook was very cost-effective.
