Splendid China Folk Village is just diagonally opposite, about a 15-minute walk away. Service: The staff members are all very polite. Cleanliness: This time, I booked two rooms. The air conditioning in room 1509 was very stuffy, no matter how much we adjusted it or had staff come to adjust it. Breakfast: Breakfast can be purchased directly at the hotel restaurant or online for 88 RMB. However, if you have seniors, you might consider buying it on Dianping, as there's a special price of 58 RMB.

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful approach. They've removed items that guests typically don't use, like wine glasses, bottle openers, and ice buckets, and instead provide useful amenities such as heated eye masks, aromatherapy, breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and disposable face towels, which significantly enhances the user experience. The decision to provide pajamas instead of bathrobes is also commendable, as it means I can pack fewer clothes, and the pajamas are very comfortable. Cleanliness: Good Service: Good

Widok z hotelu na wysokości jest znakomity! Zatrzymaliśmy się w pokoju rodzinnym, który był czysty i schludny, przestronny, z wanną, oddzielnym prysznicem i toaletą, a nawet mini garderobą! Podczas rezerwacji poprosiliśmy o dekoracje urodzinowe, które były już przygotowane przy zameldowaniu, a tort, który otrzymaliśmy w prezencie, był pyszny! Śniadanie było bardzo obfite i różnorodne, z daniami kuchni chińskiej i zachodniej, a także deserami, takimi jak pasta sezamowa i świeżo wyciskane soki! Jedzenie śniadania przy oknie na 46. piętrze było dodatkową przyjemnością. Trzeba jednak wstać wcześniej, żeby zjeść, bo później trzeba stać w kolejce 😂

Great hotel. Extremely convenient. Next to shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Good Executive Lounge and good breakfast. Nice front desk staff. Stayed on previous occasion and wanted the kids to enjoy the indoor pool again but very disappointed to find that only the outdoor pool was open this time despite the rain...so kids can only swim in the outdoor pool. However will definitely stay here again soon.

I loved this hotel so much that I'm already thinking about staying here again. The location and cleanliness were faultless. My only disappointment was that I was forgotten to be given my late-night meal coupons at check-in, though they handled it immediately when I mentioned it. I'd just appreciate it if you could be mindful of that in the future!!

The hotel's location is convenient, with direct access to Houhai Station via Metro Line 11, and it's close to Shenzhen Bay MixC. The breakfast selection is quite rich. However, the hotel's swimming pool is not exclusively for hotel guests; outsiders can also use it, and there are even coaches teaching swimming. This means the crowd can be a bit mixed, which doesn't feel ideal.
