The hotel is filled with the scent of aromatherapy, which feels very relaxing. As soon as we entered the lobby, the decor was beautiful. The staff offered us tea, which was very thoughtful. They even upgraded our room! We booked a meditation room and spent some time there, feeling very relaxed. When we checked in, the staff asked us to choose an aromatherapy scent, which was delivered in the afternoon. We slept exceptionally well that night. Afterwards, we also enjoyed afternoon tea; the entire experience was excellent. In the evening, we went for a massage nearby. KK ONE shopping mall is right next door, and the subway is downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. What I appreciate most is that pajamas are provided, so you don't need to bring your own. The overall room design is beautiful. It's excellent, and I will definitely come again next time!

The hotel is right at the subway exit, just a minute's walk away, and the room is very comfortable. Overall, it's not bad. The only slight imperfection is that there's no buffet dinner option, only afternoon tea and supper. Once you go out, it's hard to go back for afternoon tea, and after a full dinner, you can't eat supper, so both meals were wasted. Breakfast was quite good. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with restaurants and tea shops, which is very convenient. For dinner, we ate Hakka cuisine in the mall. The salt-baked chicken was delicious, the claypot rice was a bit oily but tasty, and the stuffed tofu was also very good. It’s an impressive stay at the hotel with its aesthetic sense, and the breakfast offerings. Location is convenient too. Plus the diffuser experience that they try to create upon your arrival and during farewell. However the service could be better - for example they could not offer a room but claiming to upgrade us by asking us to wait for another hour at 6pm, and they didn’t actually follow up indeed after.

Front Desk Service: The staff were polite, and hot tea was served upon arrival. My room was also upgraded. In-room: High-end facilities are complete and complemented by plant decorations, giving the room a garden feel. The refrigerator is stocked with several Atour brand beverages and nuts, all complimentary. Aromatherapy, foot bath packs, and hot compresses are also provided for use. There's a Xiaomi 65-inch large TV, electric curtains and sheer blinds, and the room has dimmable lighting options, adding to the ambiance. The bathroom also has a heated towel rail, face towels, etc. Restaurant: Afternoon tea only offers fruit and ordinary Western pastries, so don't have high expectations. Late-night supper includes congee, noodles, and fried rice. Breakfast: The buffet offers a wide variety, in addition to regular fried eggs, tea eggs, sausages, there's also the rarely seen "Eggs Benedict." There are many choices of Chinese dim sum, as well as stewed soup, crab roe fried rice, and several hot dishes and breakfast champagne.

As we had informed the hotel it was our anniversary when booking, the staff even arranged some lovely decorations, which was a very thoughtful touch! The breakfast selection was also varied and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall with many restaurants, and there's a subway station nearby. This was an excellent experience, and both my husband and I are very satisfied. We will definitely return!

I booked a stay at the Atour S Hotel Shenzhen Binhe Times through Klook. I originally booked a superior room, but upon check-in, I paid an additional $228 to become a member and was immediately upgraded to an executive room, which also included a complimentary late-night snack. First, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, with the Xiasha Station exit right below the KK One shopping mall. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast because the ingredients were quite healthy; the variety of late-night snack options was more than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I really liked this hotel and will definitely come back again.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money. It's a new hotel that includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, with food themed around wellness. After check-in, they prepare a customized aromatherapy experience for you, making it perfect for busy city dwellers to relax and enjoy their weekend. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall (Kkone) and Zhongzhou Bay C Future, so you can shop around the malls while relaxing, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

This hotel experience was relaxing and unforgettable. The hotel's style perfectly blended "Zen + light luxury." Upon check-in, choosing my preferred scent for the room immediately made me feel comfortable, and the room's decor was stylish and tidy. Additionally, the breakfast was incredibly rich, offering dim sum, congee, noodles, and even freshly prepared Eggs Benedict, which was truly unique. Coupled with the dining area on a high floor with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows offering a pleasant view, it was truly refreshing. Therefore, if I have another opportunity, I will definitely choose the Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto.

I loved the breakfast and the midnight meal, there was a lot of variety. It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Prime location.
