Although the hotel is a bit far, the environment is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. The decor is gorgeous with a very warm design, and the high ceilings provide a great sense of space. The room is very clean and spacious, featuring a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a very comfortable bed, and excellent soundproofing for a quiet stay. The evening includes a seafood buffet in a very elegant and comfortable setting. The food focuses mainly on seafood, featuring freshly shucked oysters that are very fresh and delicious, along with very fresh crabs, shrimp, abalones, and sashimi. Each person is also served a complimentary Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, which is rich in ingredients and delicious, as well as giant grouper meat. The free-flow red and white wines surprisingly include Chandon, which is a major plus! The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is also exceptional, featuring freshly made rice noodle rolls that are delicious, freshly wrapped wontons, and fantastic beef brisket. Overall, a perfect score of 100.

This was my first stay. I was granted a late checkout until 1:30 PM. Room xx18 was nice, even prettier in person than in the photos. It faced the mountains, but there was a pillar in the room obstructing the view. The table and chairs had a good design. The bathroom wasn't very large and didn't have a bathtub; the water pressure was low. The bed was large, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast environment was pleasant, but the food was average, with only the omelette and preserved egg congee being tasty. The pool area was open and comfortable, but the use of floating ropes to separate lanes affected its appearance. The 30-meter pool had very clean water, with a depth of 1.2-1.7 meters. Some parts of the pool had raised bottoms, making them shallower. There were many comfortable sun loungers, and while there were umbrellas, it was too windy to open them. I swam for two days, and very few people used it. The gym had floor-to-ceiling windows; it wasn't large but was sufficient, and no one was using it. Downstairs at Tanglang City, there's an outlet mall with brands like Nike, Skechers, and Adidas, as well as Xiangshan Suyu, Bread Talk, and China Resources Vanguard supermarket. The Baoneng Global Hub mall across the street is much larger, with many restaurants like Karma Prince and Bao Shi Fu... very convenient! Už minulý rok som bol veľmi spokojný s prvým pobytom na narodeniny a tento rok som sa opäť tešil na všetko v tomto hoteli. Izba bola skvelá, o tom niet pochýb, ale obzvlášť sme sa tešili na večerný a ranný bufet. Bol naozaj, naozaj lepší ako v Hongkongu. Nápoje boli neobmedzené, ustrice neobmedzené a kvalita jedla bola nielen päťhviezdičková, ale aj napriek plnej obsadenosti sa nikto nehnal za jedlom, pretože ho bolo dosť pre všetkých. Obsluha bola naozaj pozorná a profesionálna. Keď sme si zašpinili oblečenie, okamžite nám podali vlhčené obrúsky. Prostredie reštaurácie je nádherné, s vkusným dizajnom, vysokými stropmi, ktoré nepôsobia stiesnene, a obrovskými oknami od podlahy až po strop, ktoré sú príjemné vo dne aj v noci. Dôležité je aj to, že klimatizácia bola dostatočne chladná! Obzvlášť musím spomenúť, že ranná americká ľadová káva bola oveľa lepšia ako tá z kávovaru!!! A pečivo bolo západného štýlu, nie tie predpripravené čínske pečivá. Zjedli sme toho veľa a bolo to veľmi chutné.

Dopravná dostupnosť: Priamo oproti východu A zo stanice Overseas Chinese Town, veľmi pohodlné. Poloha hotela: V blízkosti je centrála Overseas Chinese Town, malé nákupné centrum a supermarket Walmart, kde si môžete jednoducho dať jedlo alebo masáž. Splendid China je hneď oproti, pešo asi 15 minút. Služby: Personál je veľmi zdvorilý. Čistota: Tentoraz sme si rezervovali dve izby, klimatizácia v jednej z nich, izba č. 1509, bola stále veľmi dusná, bez ohľadu na to, ako sme ju nastavovali alebo požiadali personál, aby ju nastavil. Raňajky: Raňajky si môžete kúpiť priamo v hotelovej reštaurácii alebo online za 88 RMB. Ak však máte seniorov, môžete zvážiť nákup na Dianping, pretože je tam špeciálna cena 58 RMB.

The quality of Crowne Plaza hotels is generally good, and this one is relatively new. The room design and comfort are decent, but the maintenance is just average. You can see signs of wear and tear on areas like the sink. The bathtub is quite spacious, but the drain plug was broken, so water would drain out as it was filling up. The pillows are cotton and not very comfortable; it would be better if guests could choose between high/low pillows or memory foam pillows! However, the worst part was arguably the dinner and breakfast! Both dinner and breakfast featured only low-cost ingredients. Even with such inexpensive ingredients (like turnip cake), they were only served during the first round and not replenished afterward. The most expensive item at dinner was the oysters, and only one woman was working hard to shuck them all evening, so it was very slow. The quality of the oysters was also disappointing: they were small and salty! As for the foie gras, each person was given only one piece, which felt very stingy! It even stated that a single piece ordered à la carte would cost ¥68! (Even all-you-can-eat buffets like those in Zhoushan allow unlimited servings!) The variety of food was very limited, and the desserts were also poor, like those $2 mini cakes you find at street stalls. Furthermore, when the restaurant staff passed by empty-handed, they wouldn't clear finished dishes from guests' tables, showing a complete lack of service! Overall, only the room and the lobby staff's service attitude were good. If you're just staying overnight, it's okay. But for a package that includes breakfast and dinner (considering the food and service quality), the value for money is extremely low.

This package offers excellent value for money, including a room, breakfast, and afternoon tea. Booking a room alone would already cost over $2000. The hotel is located on a high floor with an open view, and the room decor is stylish and modern. The breakfast selection is incredibly extensive, and the afternoon tea is perfect for photos. Overall, it's high quality and affordable.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

spacious and clean room with 25 sq m as we entered it. view is high since the check in lobby is on the 28th floor. the hotel is just situated under the train station which is very convenient.
