The food focuses mainly on seafood, featuring freshly shucked oysters that are very fresh and delicious, along with very fresh crabs, shrimp, abalones, and sashimi. Each person is also served a complimentary Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, which is rich in ingredients and delicious, as well as giant grouper meat. The free-flow red and white wines surprisingly include Chandon, which is a major plus! The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is also exceptional, featuring freshly made rice noodle rolls that are delicious, freshly wrapped wontons, and fantastic beef brisket. Overall, a perfect score of 100.

This was my first stay. I was granted a late checkout until 1:30 PM. Room xx18 was nice, even prettier in person than in the photos. It faced the mountains, but there was a pillar in the room obstructing the view. The table and chairs had a good design. The bathroom wasn't very large and didn't have a bathtub; the water pressure was low. The bed was large, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast environment was pleasant, but the food was average, with only the omelette and preserved egg congee being tasty. The pool area was open and comfortable, but the use of floating ropes to separate lanes affected its appearance. The 30-meter pool had very clean water, with a depth of 1.2-1.7 meters. Some parts of the pool had raised bottoms, making them shallower. There were many comfortable sun loungers, and while there were umbrellas, it was too windy to open them. I swam for two days, and very few people used it. The gym had floor-to-ceiling windows; it wasn't large but was sufficient, and no one was using it. Downstairs at Tanglang City, there's an outlet mall with brands like Nike, Skechers, and Adidas, as well as Xiangshan Suyu, Bread Talk, and China Resources Vanguard supermarket. The Baoneng Global Hub mall across the street is much larger, with many restaurants like Karma Prince and Bao Shi Fu... very convenient! Hotel Location: Nearby is the OCT headquarters, with a small shopping mall and a Walmart supermarket. It's easy to find places for a simple meal or a massage. Splendid China Folk Village is just diagonally opposite, about a 15-minute walk away. Service: The staff members are all very polite. Cleanliness: This time, I booked two rooms. The air conditioning in room 1509 was very stuffy, no matter how much we adjusted it or had staff come to adjust it. Breakfast: Breakfast can be purchased directly at the hotel restaurant or online for 88 RMB. However, if you have seniors, you might consider buying it on Dianping, as there's a special price of 58 RMB.

Calitatea hotelurilor Crowne Plaza este, în general, bună, iar acesta este relativ nou. Designul și confortul camerelor sunt bune, dar întreținerea este mediocră; se pot observa semne de uzură la chiuvetă și în alte locuri. Cada este destul de spațioasă, dar dopul de scurgere era stricat, așa că apa se scurgea în timp ce se umplea🤣. Pernele sunt din bumbac și nu sunt foarte confortabile; ar fi mai bine dacă oaspeții ar putea alege perne înalte/joase sau perne cu memorie! Dar cel mai rău au fost cina și micul dejun! Atât cina, cât și micul dejun au constat în ingrediente de calitate inferioară, iar chiar și acele ingrediente ieftine (cum ar fi prăjitura de ridichi) nu au mai fost reaprovizionate după prima tură. Cel mai scump lucru la cină erau stridiile, iar pe toată durata serii, o singură fată se străduia să le deschidă, așa că procesul era foarte lent. Calitatea stridiilor: mici și sărate! Foie gras-ul era distribuit câte o bucată de persoană, foarte zgârcit! Era chiar specificat că o singură bucată la comandă costa ¥68! (Chiar și la bufetele all-you-can-eat, cum ar fi cele din Zhoushan, poți lua oricât vrei!) Varietatea mâncărurilor era foarte mică, iar deserturile erau slabe, ca niște prăjituri de 2 dolari de la un vânzător stradal.....😫 Iar personalul restaurantului, când nu avea nimic în mâini, trecea pe lângă mesele cu farfurii goale ale clienților fără să le strângă; nu exista niciun serviciu! În general, doar camerele și atitudinea personalului de la recepție erau bune. Dacă mergi doar pentru cazare, este OK, dar pentru un pachet cu mic dejun și cină (în ceea ce privește calitatea mâncării și a serviciilor), raportul calitate-preț este foarte scăzut👎!

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

spacious and clean room with 25 sq m as we entered it. view is high since the check in lobby is on the 28th floor. the hotel is just situated under the train station which is very convenient.
