I accidentally came across a promotional package for the JW Marriott Qianhai on the internet and decided to give it a try. The hotel's location is right at Exit B2 of Linhai Station, in a building called Glory Tower. The front desk lobby is clean and simple. Ms. Yoyo Yang, the lovely young lady who helped with our check-in, efficiently processed our paperwork and, with a polite smile, informed me that our room had been upgraded to an Executive Apartment with a Ferris wheel view. She thoroughly explained everything included in the package. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, Yoyo specially prepared a complimentary fresh fruit platter for us, which was truly thoughtful. The room layout is very comfortable, featuring a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is located in the main building, about 1 kilometer away from Glory Tower. The hotel provided free car service to and from the pool. The restaurant is on the second floor. Although the selection for afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast is not very large, the food tastes quite good. Since there seem to be fewer guests staying on this side, there was no need to wait for a table, and it was quite quiet. All the staff members in the restaurant were warm, polite, and well-deserving of praise! Right across from the hotel is the boardwalk of One Avenue (Bay Glory), where you can take a very pleasant stroll in the evening. Next time, I will consider coming back to stay for two consecutive days and take the opportunity to explore more of the great spots nearby.

This trip was very satisfying. Transportation is extremely convenient—taking Line 12 to Exit C of Bantian North brings you right to the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the high ceilings give it a very grand and impressive feel. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and happily answered all our questions. The room was already decorated to celebrate our anniversary. The bathtub is a great size, and the place was clean and tidy. The buffet dinner featured a small hot pot, which made it convenient to heat up food. As beef lovers, we were a little disappointed that there was no hand-cut beef, but the rack of lamb was delicious, the steak was just average, and the garlic-grilled oysters were tasty. The food selection was very extensive, including red and white wine, as well as cocktails. The individually plated baby lobster was fresh, the abalone was delicious, and the fish maw portion was quite generous. As for breakfast, there were many food options and it was quite good. Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

Calitatea hotelurilor Crowne Plaza este, în general, bună, iar acesta este relativ nou. Designul și confortul camerelor sunt bune, dar întreținerea este mediocră; se pot observa semne de uzură la chiuvetă și în alte locuri. Cada este destul de spațioasă, dar dopul de scurgere era stricat, așa că apa se scurgea în timp ce se umplea🤣. Pernele sunt din bumbac și nu sunt foarte confortabile; ar fi mai bine dacă oaspeții ar putea alege perne înalte/joase sau perne cu memorie! Dar cel mai rău au fost cina și micul dejun! Atât cina, cât și micul dejun au constat în ingrediente de calitate inferioară, iar chiar și acele ingrediente ieftine (cum ar fi prăjitura de ridichi) nu au mai fost reaprovizionate după prima tură. Cel mai scump lucru la cină erau stridiile, iar pe toată durata serii, o singură fată se străduia să le deschidă, așa că procesul era foarte lent. Calitatea stridiilor: mici și sărate! Foie gras-ul era distribuit câte o bucată de persoană, foarte zgârcit! Era chiar specificat că o singură bucată la comandă costa ¥68! (Chiar și la bufetele all-you-can-eat, cum ar fi cele din Zhoushan, poți lua oricât vrei!) Varietatea mâncărurilor era foarte mică, iar deserturile erau slabe, ca niște prăjituri de 2 dolari de la un vânzător stradal.....😫 Iar personalul restaurantului, când nu avea nimic în mâini, trecea pe lângă mesele cu farfurii goale ale clienților fără să le strângă; nu exista niciun serviciu! În general, doar camerele și atitudinea personalului de la recepție erau bune. Dacă mergi doar pentru cazare, este OK, dar pentru un pachet cu mic dejun și cină (în ceea ce privește calitatea mâncării și a serviciilor), raportul calitate-preț este foarte scăzut👎!

This hotel has a truly fantastic location! It is situated right above Sihai Station, with a direct elevator from the hotel down to the B2 level where the subway station is. Walking straight through leads directly to China Merchants Garden City, making dining and shopping extremely convenient! The room even offers a partial sea view, and with three elevators available, the room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again next time! I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful approach. They've removed items that guests typically don't use, like wine glasses, bottle openers, and ice buckets, and instead provide useful amenities such as heated eye masks, aromatherapy, breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and disposable face towels, which significantly enhances the user experience. The decision to provide pajamas instead of bathrobes is also commendable, as it means I can pack fewer clothes, and the pajamas are very comfortable. Cleanliness: Good Service: Good
