I accidentally came across a promotional package for the JW Marriott Qianhai on the internet and decided to give it a try. The hotel's location is right at Exit B2 of Linhai Station, in a building called Glory Tower. The front desk lobby is clean and simple. Ms. Yoyo Yang, the lovely young lady who helped with our check-in, efficiently processed our paperwork and, with a polite smile, informed me that our room had been upgraded to an Executive Apartment with a Ferris wheel view. She thoroughly explained everything included in the package. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, Yoyo specially prepared a complimentary fresh fruit platter for us, which was truly thoughtful. The room layout is very comfortable, featuring a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is located in the main building, about 1 kilometer away from Glory Tower. The hotel provided free car service to and from the pool. The restaurant is on the second floor. Although the selection for afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast is not very large, the food tastes quite good. Since there seem to be fewer guests staying on this side, there was no need to wait for a table, and it was quite quiet. All the staff members in the restaurant were warm, polite, and well-deserving of praise! Right across from the hotel is the boardwalk of One Avenue (Bay Glory), where you can take a very pleasant stroll in the evening. Next time, I will consider coming back to stay for two consecutive days and take the opportunity to explore more of the great spots nearby.

This trip was very satisfying. Transportation is extremely convenient—taking Line 12 to Exit C of Bantian North brings you right to the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the high ceilings give it a very grand and impressive feel. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and happily answered all our questions. The room was already decorated to celebrate our anniversary. The bathtub is a great size, and the place was clean and tidy. The buffet dinner featured a small hot pot, which made it convenient to heat up food. As beef lovers, we were a little disappointed that there was no hand-cut beef, but the rack of lamb was delicious, the steak was just average, and the garlic-grilled oysters were tasty. The food selection was very extensive, including red and white wine, as well as cocktails. The individually plated baby lobster was fresh, the abalone was delicious, and the fish maw portion was quite generous. As for breakfast, there were many food options and it was quite good. spacious and clean room with 25 sq m as we entered it. view is high since the check in lobby is on the 28th floor. the hotel is just situated under the train station which is very convenient.

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

This hotel has a truly fantastic location! It is situated right above Sihai Station, with a direct elevator from the hotel down to the B2 level where the subway station is. Walking straight through leads directly to China Merchants Garden City, making dining and shopping extremely convenient! The room even offers a partial sea view, and with three elevators available, the room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again next time! The quality of Crowne Plaza hotels is generally good, and this one is relatively new. The room design and comfort are decent, but the maintenance is just average. You can see signs of wear and tear on areas like the sink. The bathtub is quite spacious, but the drain plug was broken, so water would drain out as it was filling up. The pillows are cotton and not very comfortable; it would be better if guests could choose between high/low pillows or memory foam pillows! However, the worst part was arguably the dinner and breakfast! Both dinner and breakfast featured only low-cost ingredients. Even with such inexpensive ingredients (like turnip cake), they were only served during the first round and not replenished afterward. The most expensive item at dinner was the oysters, and only one woman was working hard to shuck them all evening, so it was very slow. The quality of the oysters was also disappointing: they were small and salty! As for the foie gras, each person was given only one piece, which felt very stingy! It even stated that a single piece ordered à la carte would cost ¥68! (Even all-you-can-eat buffets like those in Zhoushan allow unlimited servings!) The variety of food was very limited, and the desserts were also poor, like those $2 mini cakes you find at street stalls. Furthermore, when the restaurant staff passed by empty-handed, they wouldn't clear finished dishes from guests' tables, showing a complete lack of service! Overall, only the room and the lobby staff's service attitude were good. If you're just staying overnight, it's okay. But for a package that includes breakfast and dinner (considering the food and service quality), the value for money is extremely low.

I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful approach. They've removed items that guests typically don't use, like wine glasses, bottle openers, and ice buckets, and instead provide useful amenities such as heated eye masks, aromatherapy, breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and disposable face towels, which significantly enhances the user experience. The decision to provide pajamas instead of bathrobes is also commendable, as it means I can pack fewer clothes, and the pajamas are very comfortable. Cleanliness: Good Service: Good
