Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel feels much more upscale and luxurious than the U.S. locations of the same brand. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service throughout the stay. Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway station, so getting around on public transportation takes a little extra time. The lap pool has several strict rules that may not appeal to everyone. The pool staff begin asking guests to leave before the official closing time, which makes the experience feel a bit rushed. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with comfortable accommodations and outstanding service. If you don't mind the longer walk to public transit and the stricter pool policies, it's a great place to stay.

I think there are more aspects to improve. We had 1bhk apartment with kitchen but with no utilities what is the use. Everything is extra and chargeable so be cautious

Staff are nice, room is very spacious and clean, but sometimes the ac smells musty and it becomes really really bad, I have to turn it off. On the other night, I smell smokes from other rooms...I think the ventilation has to be improved.

Room was good, but I smelled cigarettes in my room (2306), not sure if it was the air system. Staffs are very friendly. The manager at the cafeteria on the third floor is wonderful. I regret I didn’t get her name. She remembered our room number and the hot drinks we like during the 3 days we stay. She is a treasure to the hotel.
