Experiență foarte bună, hotel frumos, personal amabil și atent!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Shenzhen, and the environment was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty of light. The transportation was convenient; I didn't even need a taxi, as the subway was easily accessible. I tried the hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast, and both had great food and a wide variety of options, including freshly grilled BBQ skewers. There's a shopping mall nearby, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll after eating, helping with digestion. Special thanks to hotel staff member Cherie and Recreation Manager Bowine for their thoughtful hospitality and care, which makes us want to visit again.😀

Unlike other Shangri-La hotels, Hotel Jen is a vibrant hotel with excellent, spacious, and well-equipped swimming pools and gyms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

I booked three rooms for a non-holiday stay, checking in on a Thursday. It took some time to arrange rooms on the same floor. One room was at the end of the hall, and two were near the elevator. However, the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. Hotel View: The city view from the 11th floor was decent and quite open. Cleanliness: Clean. Front Desk Service: The staff were friendly and helpful. A male staff member enthusiastically assisted us in arranging rooms on the same floor and recommended we go to the 'Hou Lang' area for lunch.

When we arrived at the hotel at noon, a staff member helped us with our luggage to the lobby. The front desk staff were very polite and upgraded all three of our rooms! The room was very spacious and had an air purifier, which made the room feel very fresh and clean, with a great disinfecting and sterilizing effect! The hotel has many facilities; the pool is beautiful and the water is clean, with hotel lifeguards on duty, constantly monitoring swimmers, which felt very safe. The breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a great experience! We will definitely visit again! 👍🏻❤️

Suita pentru familii este minunată, iar balconul cu vedere la mare de 180 de grade este perfect pentru fotografii. Serviciile hotelului sunt excelente, iar doamnele de la clubul pentru copii sunt foarte drăguțe, bebelușului nostru i-a plăcut mult, în special domnișoara Sunny. Fotografiile de la Anman Travel Photography, incluse în pachetul suitei, sunt de asemenea superbe, iar serviciul de fotografiere este foarte bun; chiar ne-au reprogramat ședința după ce am ratat-o în prima zi.

Experiența generală a șederii a fost foarte bună. Managerul de relații cu clienții, Jason, a fost extrem de entuziast și atent, gestionând check-in-ul și aranjamentele de călătorie într-un mod ordonat, ceea ce a făcut ca întreaga experiență să fie plăcută. Camera a fost curată și ordonată, cu o atenție deosebită la detalii în ceea ce privește igiena, oferind o ședere confortabilă. Singurul mic regret este că în cameră nu a existat șampon pentru copii, ceea ce a fost puțin incomod atunci când am călătorit cu un copil. În general, toate aspectele au fost lăudabile, iar experiența generală a șederii a fost satisfăcătoare. Voi lua în considerare cu prioritate acest loc și pentru următoarea ședere.

Hotelul are un mediu frumos, camere confortabile și un mic dejun bogat. Restaurantul de la etajul 27 are o priveliște panoramică. Piscina nu este mare, iar cu cele două corzi adăugate, copiii nu se pot juca în voie! În apropierea hotelului există un magazin 7-11, iar la Sea World se ajunge în 10-15 minute de mers pe jos.
