Zeer goede ervaring, mooi hotel, vriendelijk en attent personeel!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Shenzhen, and the environment was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty of light. The transportation was convenient; I didn't even need a taxi, as the subway was easily accessible. I tried the hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast, and both had great food and a wide variety of options, including freshly grilled BBQ skewers. There's a shopping mall nearby, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll after eating, helping with digestion. Special thanks to hotel staff member Cherie and Recreation Manager Bowine for their thoughtful hospitality and care, which makes us want to visit again.😀

Unlike other Shangri-La hotels, Hotel Jen is a vibrant hotel with excellent, spacious, and well-equipped swimming pools and gyms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

I booked three rooms for a non-holiday stay, checking in on a Thursday. It took some time to arrange rooms on the same floor. One room was at the end of the hall, and two were near the elevator. However, the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. Hotel View: The city view from the 11th floor was decent and quite open. Cleanliness: Clean. Front Desk Service: The staff were friendly and helpful. A male staff member enthusiastically assisted us in arranging rooms on the same floor and recommended we go to the 'Hou Lang' area for lunch.

When we arrived at the hotel at noon, a staff member helped us with our luggage to the lobby. The front desk staff were very polite and upgraded all three of our rooms! The room was very spacious and had an air purifier, which made the room feel very fresh and clean, with a great disinfecting and sterilizing effect! The hotel has many facilities; the pool is beautiful and the water is clean, with hotel lifeguards on duty, constantly monitoring swimmers, which felt very safe. The breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a great experience! We will definitely visit again! 👍🏻❤️

De familiesuite is geweldig, het balkon met 180 graden uitzicht op zee is perfect voor foto's. De service van het hotel is uitstekend en de dames van de kinderclub zijn allemaal erg aardig, vooral Sunny. Onze baby vond het ook geweldig. De fotoshoot van Anman Travel Photography, die bij de suite inbegrepen was, leverde ook prachtige foto's op en de fotoservice was erg goed. Toen we de eerste dag de afspraak misten, werd er zelfs een nieuwe datum ingepland.

De algehele verblijfservaring was erg goed. De Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was zeer enthousiast en attent in zijn service. Het inchecken en de reisplanning verliepen vlekkeloos, waardoor we ons de hele tijd op ons gemak voelden. De kamer was netjes en schoon, en de hygiëne was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, wat zorgde voor een prettig verblijf. Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat er geen kindershampoo op de kamer aanwezig was, wat het reizen met kinderen iets minder gemakkelijk maakte. Over het algemeen waren alle aspecten echter lovenswaardig en de algehele verblijfservaring was bevredigend. De volgende keer dat we hier verblijven, zullen we deze plek zeker weer overwegen.

Het hotel heeft een prachtige omgeving, comfortabele kamers en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het restaurant op de 27e verdieping biedt een weids uitzicht. Het zwembad is al niet groot en er zijn twee zwemlijnen toegevoegd, waardoor kinderen niet comfortabel kunnen spelen! Er is een 7-Eleven supermarkt in de buurt van het hotel, en het is 10-15 minuten lopen naar Sea World.
