Hotely v Šen-čen

Stayed at Hotel Jen Qianhai and had a really great experience. The hotel is in a quiet location with a peaceful neighborhood, which made the stay very relaxing. At the same time, there are enough facilities, restaurants, and convenient options nearby, including an amazing coffee shop close by. A special compliment to the housekeeping team — everything was very clean, well maintained, and handled professionally throughout the stay. The gym was also excellent, especially for anyone who trains seriously. It had great support for a full HIIT workout, which is quite rare to find in Shenzhen hotels. Overall, Hotel Jen Qianhai is a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped hotel with a calm atmosphere and great amenities. Highly recommended!!

Prostredie hotela je krásne, izby sú pohodlné a raňajky bohaté. Reštaurácia na 27. poschodí má otvorený výhľad. Bazén už nie je veľký a pridali doň dve plavecké dráhy, takže deti sa nemohli poriadne vyblázniť! V blízkosti hotela je obchod 7-11 a k Sea World sa dostanete pešo za 10-15 minút.

A classic luxury hotel that can bring pleasant surprises during a trip. On the ocean-view side is the main building, and the breakfast is very rich, allowing you to dine while enjoying views of the sea and the pool. The room was a wonderful surprise, featuring a super beautiful view of the K11 Yacht Club marina, and we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise! The hotel service is exceptionally good; from the front desk to housekeeping and the concierge, everyone was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive to detail. Thumbs up!

The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent and extremely clean. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus stop downstairs and a convenience store across the street. There's also a KFC about a 5-minute walk away. All the staff are very professional and polite, especially Fairy at the front desk. Her patient service and detailed explanations regarding our inquiries about the hotel's facilities made all 10 of us feel right at home. This hotel is definitely worth recommending.

The subway ride was about 50 minutes, which felt a bit far! But once I got to the room, I was very happy; it was spacious and had a large bathtub! There's also a large shopping mall across the street, making it convenient to find food. You can even get Meituan deliveries! I'd consider staying here again if the price is similar next time. I appreciate being able to check out late, until 2 PM. I'd also like to explore the wooded area nearby when the weather isn't so hot! The only thing I'd mention is that the room had some thoughtful little black signs with kind messages, such as towels being replaceable and a variety of pillows available. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention and didn't notice them when I needed them! I hope these thoughtful touches can be communicated at the reception desk upon check-in. I stayed for two nights, but the pillows weren't a good fit, so I didn't sleep very well.

Convenient transportation: There is a subway station downstairs, Guiwan Station. Cleanliness: It is a brand new hotel with brand new facilities, comfortable bedding, and a high-flow overhead shower. Service: Attentive and responsible, with a complimentary late checkout until 4:00 PM. Staff members will deliver freshly laundered clothes back to the room, and delivery robots are also available, making the service extremely convenient and fast.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent; you can take the MTR Line 9 directly to Hong Kong University Hospital, and the subway entrance is conveniently nearby. The staff provided friendly and courteous service. The pool was clean, towels were provided, and the view was nice. The gym was also great! The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, with four chefs on-site preparing fried eggs, noodles, congee, and rice noodle rolls. The massage parlor downstairs was affordable and professional, likely "strictly guided" by Hong Kong housewives! Overall, the value for money is extremely high, and I highly recommend it!

A nice big clean room and beautiful view on a high floor. Breakfast was decent. location is a bit far though. it is convenient next to 2 malls.

The shopping mall offers a complimentary shuttle service, and the check-in process was smooth with a patient and clear explanation from the front desk staff. The room feels very spacious, with a lush green view directly facing the golf course. It is extremely roomy, bright, clean, and comfortable. There is a wide variety of entertainment facilities available, especially the swimming pool which offers rented flying saucers and space boats, along with plenty of floaties. Everything you could possibly need for dining, drinking, and entertainment is right here. Staying at this hotel allows you to completely relax for the whole day.
