Stayed at Hotel Jen Qianhai and had a really great experience. The hotel is in a quiet location with a peaceful neighborhood, which made the stay very relaxing. At the same time, there are enough facilities, restaurants, and convenient options nearby, including an amazing coffee shop close by. A special compliment to the housekeeping team — everything was very clean, well maintained, and handled professionally throughout the stay. The gym was also excellent, especially for anyone who trains seriously. It had great support for a full HIIT workout, which is quite rare to find in Shenzhen hotels. Overall, Hotel Jen Qianhai is a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped hotel with a calm atmosphere and great amenities. Highly recommended!!

L'environnement de l'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont confortables et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le restaurant au 27ème étage offre une vue imprenable. La piscine n'est déjà pas très grande, et ils ont ajouté deux lignes de nage, ce qui a rendu le jeu des enfants très inconfortable ! Il y a un dépanneur 7-11 près de l'hôtel, et il faut 10 à 15 minutes à pied pour se rendre à Sea World.

A classic luxury hotel that can bring pleasant surprises during a trip. On the ocean-view side is the main building, and the breakfast is very rich, allowing you to dine while enjoying views of the sea and the pool. The room was a wonderful surprise, featuring a super beautiful view of the K11 Yacht Club marina, and we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise! The hotel service is exceptionally good; from the front desk to housekeeping and the concierge, everyone was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive to detail. Thumbs up!

There was a slight misunderstanding this time, but I really appreciate how flexible and efficient the hotel staff were in handling the situation. I had booked this hotel online, but I accidentally ended up at another Hilton Garden Inn in the same group with a very similar name. I was quite confused and distressed at the time because we had just finished skiing at Huafa, and the children were extremely tired. After communicating with the front desk, this hotel agreed to cancel our reservation so we could rebook a room at the hotel we had actually arrived at. Thank you to everyone for their help, their flexible handling, and the speedy process, which allowed both the children and the adults to have a comfortable evening to rest.

This is our third time staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen. We booked through other platforms the first two times, but this time we saw a special offer on Klook, so we booked a two-night stay in a Rock King Room through them. Upon arrival, we checked in at the front desk, and I would like to thank KAY for providing a room upgrade. When we got to the room, we were honestly a bit startled by how huge it was—nearly 800 square feet with two bathrooms and an unbeatable view. We had a wonderful time spending two nights here and look forward to staying at the Hard Rock Hotel again next time.

This stay was a very satisfying experience! The hotel feels brand new overall, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and exceptionally well-maintained. The biggest pleasant surprise was the view outside the window; it offers a wide open vista that instantly lifts your spirits. Special praise goes to the hotel service team. Every staff member is extremely polite and dedicated, making one feel welcome and well-cared for. My only minor suggestion is that it would be even more perfect if the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied and the quality slightly enhanced. Overall, it remains an outstanding accommodation experience, and I will definitely make this my first choice when visiting Qianhai again!

Cette expérience de séjour a été extrêmement satisfaisante ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, pour aller à l'hôpital de l'Université de Hong Kong, prenez la ligne 9 du métro directement, la station est juste à côté, c'est très pratique. Le personnel est aimable et poli, la piscine est propre avec des serviettes fournies, la vue est belle et la salle de sport est super aussi ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose une variété extrêmement riche, avec pas moins de 4 chefs préparant sur place des œufs au plat, des nouilles, du congee minute et des rouleaux de nouilles de riz. Le salon de massage en bas est bon marché et professionnel, probablement « sévèrement formé » par les ménagères hongkongaises ! Le rapport qualité-prix global est très élevé, je le recommande vivement !

The hotel was generally tidy and clean. Since we booked a 78m² room, space was definitely not an issue. There were also many breakfast options, and Qianhai Vientiane World, with its numerous dining choices, was very close by.

Bel hôtel, très belle vue, excellent emplacement à proximité de plusieurs centres commerciaux (COCO Park), la propreté était très bonne, enregistrement et départ très faciles. Cela dit, nous avions réservé un lit king-size et ils nous ont donné deux lits jumeaux, ce qui était bien mais étrange.
