This was my first time staying at a hotel in Shenzhen, and the environment was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty of light. The transportation was convenient; I didn't even need a taxi, as the subway was easily accessible. I tried the hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast, and both had great food and a wide variety of options, including freshly grilled BBQ skewers. There's a shopping mall nearby, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll after eating, helping with digestion. Special thanks to hotel staff member Cherie and Recreation Manager Bowine for their thoughtful hospitality and care, which makes us want to visit again.😀

We enjoyed a lovely 3D2N stay as a family of four adults and two kids. The suite has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry/ pantry, which were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage for our luggage. Kids loved the pool area (like a natural lake) and the friendly staff who helped with extra towels and child-friendly requests. Breakfast offered a good variety to suit both adults and children. Check-in was smooth and the location was convenient for nearby attractions and dining. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. Overall, great value for a short family getaway — would happily stay again and recommend to other families.

Unlike other Shangri-La hotels, Hotel Jen is a vibrant hotel with excellent, spacious, and well-equipped swimming pools and gyms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Its location is a clear advantage, being right next to Luohu Port and the subway station, which makes daily travel and commuting incredibly convenient. The Dongmen and King Glory Plaza commercial areas are also very close by, making leisure and shopping trips effortless. The staff are warm, polite, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and fresh, with good air circulation and no strange odors, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. overall is good, the location nearby is Dongmen, walkable estimate 7-8min. The hotel room inside is clean, but seem like old already. The room is little bit small. Friendly to couple, family.

A nice big clean room and beautiful view on a high floor. Breakfast was decent. location is a bit far though. it is convenient next to 2 malls.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was incredibly warm and attentive. He handled check-in and itinerary planning seamlessly, making the entire process comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail regarding hygiene, which made for a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. All things considered, every aspect was commendable, and I was satisfied with the overall stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again in the future.
