Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. We also hope they consider creating separate lounge areas for families with babies or infants, especially since crying at night can affect the relaxing atmosphere. ambiance: facilities: amenities:

This time, there were two of us. Today was the eve of a public holiday, and East Point City was bustling, but the service was still excellent. The staff cutting fruit didn't stop, slicing, slicing, slicing, slicing 😅, and there were many different kinds of fruit 😋. After getting our fruit, we quickly looked for a good spot. Besides the main hall, we could also sit on the sofas in the arcade, on the beanbags (where you can watch people play arcade games), or on the 'flags' 😍 (see photo). After a short break, we went up to our room for a massage. The masseuse #101 was great 👍, making for a perfect evening. 🥱💆😴

Lázně byly opravdu velké s dobrým vybavením. Poskytují neomezené jídlo a pití. Dále nabízejí VR, hry a odpočinkové zóny. Masáž byla také moc příjemná!

Great environment, very quiet. The buffet is delicious with a wide variety and great taste. The decor is magnificent, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are very attentive. The facilities are excellent, and the location is great, very close to the subway. Massage therapists 123 are skilled, provide great service, and are very comfortable. It is very stress-relieving and relaxing for the whole body. I will definitely come back to look for therapist 123 next time! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Boyu Hot Spring is truly a lingering urban oasis. The Chinese, Japanese, and Thai massages on the fifth floor are superb, with professional therapists offering moderate pressure. The moxibustion therapy and essential oil spa completely relieve the whole body, and the beauty treatments are also meticulous. The fourth floor is richly equipped, featuring a water bar, book bar, movie theater, high-temperature room, tea brick room, and PS5 gaming area. The nail salon, billiards, chess and card foot bath rooms, and children's area are thoughtfully designed, while the sleep capsules and double rooms are quiet and comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation. The men's and women's hot spring pools on the third floor have clear and warm water, and the vibe in the piano bar and restaurant is cozy. The overall environment is clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and a welcoming atmosphere permeates from the reception lobby to every floor. Conveniently located, it is a six-minute walk from Exit E of Guomao Subway Station, and private car pickup service is also available. Pricing is transparent and reasonable, and HKD settlement is hassle-free. Amidst the bustling city, Boyu Hot Spring truly lets you escape the hustle and bustle, take a day off to rest on this island, and achieve ultimate relaxation for both body and mind. Highly recommended with a five-star rating, and I will definitely come back again!

Stepped foot into the spa club for the first time in ten years. With unlimited fruit and drinks, a comfortable environment, and most importantly, no smoke odor, plus karaoke, board games, and movies—basically everything you could want is here. It is definitely worth a try, especially since you can just drop by without having to bring much.

I spent about 600HKD in total including breakfast, dinner, drinks, scrubbing & overnight charge. The facility is new & clean. I had a great time with my friends.

There are many drink options, and the fruit is fresh, varied, and delicious. They also have Häagen-Dazs ice cream, but only from 2 PM to 10 PM. The women's changing room and pool are clean, with both dry and wet saunas, an mugwort room, a salt steam room, and even a ball pit. The lobby lounge area is comfortable and spacious, and while there aren't many game options, they are still a lot of fun! The price is mid-range, and the location is a bit out of the way, so it's not too crowded. I'll definitely visit again!
