Molt bona experiència, hotel agradable, personal amable i atent!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Shenzhen, and the environment was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty of light. The transportation was convenient; I didn't even need a taxi, as the subway was easily accessible. I tried the hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast, and both had great food and a wide variety of options, including freshly grilled BBQ skewers. There's a shopping mall nearby, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll after eating, helping with digestion. Special thanks to hotel staff member Cherie and Recreation Manager Bowine for their thoughtful hospitality and care, which makes us want to visit again.😀

Unlike other Shangri-La hotels, Hotel Jen is a vibrant hotel with excellent, spacious, and well-equipped swimming pools and gyms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

I booked three rooms for a non-holiday stay, checking in on a Thursday. It took some time to arrange rooms on the same floor. One room was at the end of the hall, and two were near the elevator. However, the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. Hotel View: The city view from the 11th floor was decent and quite open. Cleanliness: Clean. Front Desk Service: The staff were friendly and helpful. A male staff member enthusiastically assisted us in arranging rooms on the same floor and recommended we go to the 'Hou Lang' area for lunch.

When we arrived at the hotel at noon, a staff member helped us with our luggage to the lobby. The front desk staff were very polite and upgraded all three of our rooms! The room was very spacious and had an air purifier, which made the room feel very fresh and clean, with a great disinfecting and sterilizing effect! The hotel has many facilities; the pool is beautiful and the water is clean, with hotel lifeguards on duty, constantly monitoring swimmers, which felt very safe. The breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a great experience! We will definitely visit again! 👍🏻❤️

La suite familiar és fantàstica, el balcó amb vistes al mar de 180 graus és ideal per fer fotos. El servei de l'hotel és molt bo, les noies del parc infantil són totes molt amables i al nadó també li agrada, especialment la senyoreta Sunny. Les fotos de viatge d'Anman que s'inclouen amb la suite també són excel·lents, el servei de fotografia és molt bo, i fins i tot ens van reprogramar la sessió quan vam perdre la primera cita.

L'experiència general de l'estada va ser molt bona. El gerent de relacions amb els hostes, Jason, va ser molt entusiasta i atent, gestionant el registre d'entrada i la planificació de l'itinerari de manera impecable, fent que tota l'estada fos molt agradable. L'habitació estava neta i ordenada, amb una gran atenció als detalls de la higiene, cosa que va fer que l'estada fos molt còmoda. L'únic petit inconvenient va ser que l'habitació no disposava de xampú per a nens, la qual cosa va ser una mica incòmode per viatjar amb nens. En general, tots els aspectes van ser lloables i l'experiència de l'estada va ser satisfactòria. La propera vegada que em quedi, també consideraré aquest lloc com a primera opció.

L'hotel té un entorn preciós, habitacions còmodes i un esmorzar abundant. El restaurant a la planta 27/F té unes vistes molt obertes. La piscina ja no és gaire gran, i a més hi han afegit dos carrils, cosa que fa que els nens no puguin jugar còmodament! Hi ha una botiga 7-11 a prop de l'hotel, i es pot anar a Sea World a peu en 10-15 minuts.
