Although the hotel is a bit far, the environment is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. The decor is gorgeous with a very warm design, and the high ceilings provide a great sense of space. The room is very clean and spacious, featuring a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a very comfortable bed, and excellent soundproofing for a quiet stay. The evening includes a seafood buffet in a very elegant and comfortable setting. The food focuses mainly on seafood, featuring freshly shucked oysters that are very fresh and delicious, along with very fresh crabs, shrimp, abalones, and sashimi. Each person is also served a complimentary Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, which is rich in ingredients and delicious, as well as giant grouper meat. The free-flow red and white wines surprisingly include Chandon, which is a major plus! The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is also exceptional, featuring freshly made rice noodle rolls that are delicious, freshly wrapped wontons, and fantastic beef brisket. Overall, a perfect score of 100.

This was my first stay. I was granted a late checkout until 1:30 PM. Room xx18 was nice, even prettier in person than in the photos. It faced the mountains, but there was a pillar in the room obstructing the view. The table and chairs had a good design. The bathroom wasn't very large and didn't have a bathtub; the water pressure was low. The bed was large, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast environment was pleasant, but the food was average, with only the omelette and preserved egg congee being tasty. The pool area was open and comfortable, but the use of floating ropes to separate lanes affected its appearance. The 30-meter pool had very clean water, with a depth of 1.2-1.7 meters. Some parts of the pool had raised bottoms, making them shallower. There were many comfortable sun loungers, and while there were umbrellas, it was too windy to open them. I swam for two days, and very few people used it. The gym had floor-to-ceiling windows; it wasn't large but was sufficient, and no one was using it. Downstairs at Tanglang City, there's an outlet mall with brands like Nike, Skechers, and Adidas, as well as Xiangshan Suyu, Bread Talk, and China Resources Vanguard supermarket. The Baoneng Global Hub mall across the street is much larger, with many restaurants like Karma Prince and Bao Shi Fu... very convenient! J'avais été très satisfait de mon premier séjour l'année dernière pour mon anniversaire, et cette année encore, je n'avais que cet hôtel en tête. La chambre était excellente, cela va sans dire, mais nous attendions surtout avec impatience les buffets du soir et du matin. Ils étaient vraiment, vraiment meilleurs qu'à Hong Kong. Les boissons et les huîtres étaient à volonté, et la qualité de la nourriture était non seulement digne d'un cinq étoiles, mais même avec une salle pleine, personne ne se précipitait sur la nourriture, car il y en avait amplement pour tout le monde. Le personnel était vraiment attentif et professionnel. Lorsque nous avons sali nos vêtements, un serveur nous a immédiatement tendu des lingettes humides. Le restaurant est magnifique, avec un design de bon goût, de hauts plafonds qui ne donnent pas une sensation d'oppression, et d'immenses baies vitrées qui offrent une ambiance agréable, de jour comme de nuit. Un autre point important : la climatisation était suffisamment fraîche ! Je dois mentionner que le café glacé américain du matin était bien meilleur que celui de la machine à café !!! Et les viennoiseries étaient de style occidental, pas ces viennoiseries préfabriquées de style chinois. Nous en avons mangé beaucoup, elles étaient délicieuses.

Convenient Transportation: Directly opposite Exit A of Overseas Chinese Town Station, extremely convenient. Hotel Location: Nearby is the OCT headquarters, with a small shopping mall and a Walmart supermarket. It's easy to find places for a simple meal or a massage. Splendid China Folk Village is just diagonally opposite, about a 15-minute walk away. Service: The staff members are all very polite. Cleanliness: This time, I booked two rooms. The air conditioning in room 1509 was very stuffy, no matter how much we adjusted it or had staff come to adjust it. Breakfast: Breakfast can be purchased directly at the hotel restaurant or online for 88 RMB. However, if you have seniors, you might consider buying it on Dianping, as there's a special price of 58 RMB.

Les hôtels Crowne Plaza sont généralement de bonne qualité, et celui-ci est plutôt récent. La conception et le confort des chambres sont bons, mais l'entretien est moyen ; on peut voir les marques du temps sur des éléments comme le lavabo. Leur baignoire est assez spacieuse, mais le bouchon de vidange était cassé, donc l'eau s'écoulait en même temps qu'elle se remplissait 🤣. Les oreillers en coton ne sont pas très confortables ; il serait préférable de proposer aux clients un choix d'oreillers hauts/bas ou à mémoire de forme ! Mais le pire, ce sont leurs dîners et petits-déjeuners ! Les deux repas ne proposaient que des ingrédients bon marché, et même ces ingrédients bon marché (comme le gâteau de radis) n'ont été servis qu'une seule fois sans être réapprovisionnés. Le plat le plus cher au dîner était les huîtres, et une seule femme s'efforçait de les ouvrir toute la soirée, ce qui était très lent. La qualité des huîtres : petites et salées ! Quant au foie gras, il était distribué à raison d'une pièce par personne, ce qui est très avare ! Il était même indiqué qu'une pièce à la carte coûtait 68 ¥ ! (Même les buffets à volonté comme ceux de Zhoushan en proposent à volonté !) La variété des plats est très limitée et les desserts ne sont pas bons, ressemblant à des petits gâteaux à 2 $ des stands de rue… 😫 Et les serveurs du restaurant, les mains vides, passaient devant les tables sans débarrasser les assiettes des clients, il n'y avait aucun service ! Dans l'ensemble, seuls la chambre et l'attitude du personnel de la réception sont satisfaisants. Si c'est juste pour y séjourner, c'est acceptable, mais pour un forfait avec petit-déjeuner et dîner (en termes de qualité de la nourriture et du service), le rapport qualité-prix est très faible 👎 !

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

The hotel is located on a high floor with an open view, and the room decor is stylish and modern. The breakfast selection is incredibly extensive, and the afternoon tea is perfect for photos. Overall, it's high quality and affordable.

spacious and clean room with 25 sq m as we entered it. view is high since the check in lobby is on the 28th floor. the hotel is just situated under the train station which is very convenient.
