The hotel is located right above the subway station; please note that currently there is only an upward escalator, no downward one. The front desk was very polite and upgraded our room. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It is a few minutes' walk to the MixC mall. I will stay here again next time.

The room is spacious and the sound insulation is quite good! Ordering delivery is very convenient, and there is a robot to deliver your food! Nearby is the Daqianli shopping mall, where you can go shopping and dining! The service is great; I forgot my charging cable and was able to borrow one, and they even extended my check-out time until 2:00 PM! The breakfast selection is not huge, but it's decent!

This was our first stay at Anthea, a five-star hotel in Bao'an. It's a bit far, but if there's no traffic, it's only about a 30-minute drive from the border crossing. Perhaps due to its location, the value for money is actually quite good. The platform's discount accommodated our family with two children, and the hotel was very cooperative, making everything run smoothly. The main reason for this trip was to celebrate my wife's birthday, so I communicated with the hotel in advance. They understood our request and decorated the room beforehand, even providing a small cake. The arrangements were quite thoughtful, but if staff could be trained earlier to handle special situations, it would leave an even better impression on guests. Another thoughtful touch was that the housekeeping auntie gave us a packet of laundry detergent, which I've never encountered in any other star-rated hotel I've stayed at – definitely commendable! 👍 However, I do have a few minor suggestions: 1. The bridge card room, gym, and swimming pool are all on the same floor, which should ideally be a completely smoke-free area, but we encountered guests smoking in the hallway. 2. Some small tiles at the bottom of the swimming pool showed signs of peeling. Relevant staff should be asked to reinforce maintenance and repairs to prevent debris from remaining in the water. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience. Service: 👍

I accidentally came across a promotional package for the JW Marriott Qianhai on the internet and decided to give it a try. The hotel's location is right at Exit B2 of Linhai Station, in a building called Glory Tower. The front desk lobby is clean and simple. Ms. Yoyo Yang, the lovely young lady who helped with our check-in, efficiently processed our paperwork and, with a polite smile, informed me that our room had been upgraded to an Executive Apartment with a Ferris wheel view. She thoroughly explained everything included in the package. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, Yoyo specially prepared a complimentary fresh fruit platter for us, which was truly thoughtful. The room layout is very comfortable, featuring a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is located in the main building, about 1 kilometer away from Glory Tower. The hotel provided free car service to and from the pool. The restaurant is on the second floor. Although the selection for afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast is not very large, the food tastes quite good. Since there seem to be fewer guests staying on this side, there was no need to wait for a table, and it was quite quiet. All the staff members in the restaurant were warm, polite, and well-deserving of praise! Right across from the hotel is the boardwalk of One Avenue (Bay Glory), where you can take a very pleasant stroll in the evening. Next time, I will consider coming back to stay for two consecutive days and take the opportunity to explore more of the great spots nearby.

Les hôtels Crowne Plaza sont généralement de bonne qualité, et celui-ci est plutôt récent. La conception et le confort des chambres sont bons, mais l'entretien est moyen ; on peut voir les marques du temps sur des éléments comme le lavabo. Leur baignoire est assez spacieuse, mais le bouchon de vidange était cassé, donc l'eau s'écoulait en même temps qu'elle se remplissait 🤣. Les oreillers en coton ne sont pas très confortables ; il serait préférable de proposer aux clients un choix d'oreillers hauts/bas ou à mémoire de forme ! Mais le pire, ce sont leurs dîners et petits-déjeuners ! Les deux repas ne proposaient que des ingrédients bon marché, et même ces ingrédients bon marché (comme le gâteau de radis) n'ont été servis qu'une seule fois sans être réapprovisionnés. Le plat le plus cher au dîner était les huîtres, et une seule femme s'efforçait de les ouvrir toute la soirée, ce qui était très lent. La qualité des huîtres : petites et salées ! Quant au foie gras, il était distribué à raison d'une pièce par personne, ce qui est très avare ! Il était même indiqué qu'une pièce à la carte coûtait 68 ¥ ! (Même les buffets à volonté comme ceux de Zhoushan en proposent à volonté !) La variété des plats est très limitée et les desserts ne sont pas bons, ressemblant à des petits gâteaux à 2 $ des stands de rue… 😫 Et les serveurs du restaurant, les mains vides, passaient devant les tables sans débarrasser les assiettes des clients, il n'y avait aucun service ! Dans l'ensemble, seuls la chambre et l'attitude du personnel de la réception sont satisfaisants. Si c'est juste pour y séjourner, c'est acceptable, mais pour un forfait avec petit-déjeuner et dîner (en termes de qualité de la nourriture et du service), le rapport qualité-prix est très faible 👎 !

Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

Premier séjour et très bonne impression. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de Shekou Sea World. L'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont confortables et le personnel de la réception est poli et patient pour répondre aux questions. De plus, j'ai pris un forfait comprenant l'hébergement avec petit-déjeuner et dîner-buffet. Le cadre du restaurant est propre, le buffet propose un large choix avec des fruits de mer très frais, et la qualité des plats m'a beaucoup satisfait. Le personnel du restaurant était également extrêmement poli. C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels où j'aie séjourné récemment, je y retournerai.
