We checked in on a Saturday night. Instead of the buffet dinner, we opted for the Chinese set menu, which required an additional tea charge of around 50 RMB or more. 🌙 The environment is quiet, and the staff is polite, making for a comfortable and peaceful evening. We were assigned a City View King Room. The room quality was quite good, though not very large; it features both a shower and a soaking tub. 🛁 The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very rich variety with everything you could possibly want. The service staff was very courteous, proactively asking what drinks we would like and even bringing them over to our table. 🍽️ In terms of hotel facilities, there is a 25-meter swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as dry and steam saunas, providing a quite pleasant experience 🧖‍♀️. A slight pity was that the Executive Lounge was only open from 14:30 to 20:00 on the day of check-in; we arrived late, so we missed the opportunity to experience it. Regarding transportation, taking a taxi from the Shenzhen Bay Port takes about 35 minutes to 1 hour, with a fare of around 60 RMB plus a 15–20 RMB toll fee 🚕. Overall, the value for money is very high, making it perfect for a one- or two-night weekend getaway in Shenzhen. Highly recommended! 👍

[Facilities] Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well-maintained with clear water and plenty of space. The outdoor pool, in particular, offers an open and expansive view, making it a major highlight of the hotel. The fitness facilities are also comprehensive, catering to the various needs of guests. [Dining] We booked a package that included breakfast and afternoon tea, and the food quality was satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety of items made with fresh ingredients, while the afternoon tea featured exquisite presentation and a well-balanced flavor profile. In addition, the two complimentary café drinks included with our stay offered a diverse selection (including soft drinks, coffee, red wine, white wine, and beer), which could be enjoyed during the stay or taken to go upon check-out—a flexible and thoughtful arrangement. [Service] Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams: since it was my wife's birthday, the room was specially decorated with a towel art setup, and a small cake was delivered in the evening. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly warmly welcomed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, allowing us to depart at a leisurely pace and rounding out a perfect stay. [Overall Impression] This was a high-quality weekend staycation. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. I will recommend it to my friends and consider staying here again.

There was a slight misunderstanding this time, but I really appreciate how flexible and efficient the hotel staff were in handling the situation. I had booked this hotel online, but I accidentally ended up at another Hilton Garden Inn in the same group with a very similar name. I was quite confused and distressed at the time because we had just finished skiing at Huafa, and the children were extremely tired. After communicating with the front desk, this hotel agreed to cancel our reservation so we could rebook a room at the hotel we had actually arrived at. Thank you to everyone for their help, their flexible handling, and the speedy process, which allowed both the children and the adults to have a comfortable evening to rest.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres, le forfait comprenait le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, et un départ tardif jusqu'à 14h. L'hôtel est situé à côté de MixC Phase 2. Nous sommes descendus à la station Grand Theatre, avons traversé MixC et avons pris l'ascenseur jusqu'au 33ème étage pour l'enregistrement. Comme c'était l'anniversaire d'un membre de ma famille, la réception nous a dit qu'ils avaient surclassé la chambre, décoré le lit et offert un petit gâteau. La chambre était spacieuse, mais les lits jumeaux étaient un peu petits. La baignoire était étrangement placée au milieu de l'entrée, avec des parois en verre transparent des deux côtés. L'entretien général de la chambre était bon. Il n'y a qu'une piscine extérieure. Le buffet du soir offrait un large choix de plats chinois, occidentaux et japonais, ainsi qu'une piscine à balles pour enfants. Bien que ce ne soit pas un hôtel neuf, en tant qu'hôtel 5 étoiles de grande marque, l'entretien est excellent. Le personnel de la réception et les autres employés étaient courtois et amicaux.

I booked a 1-night stay for two rooms at the Fairfield by Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an from July 17-18, 2026, as a gift for friends to enjoy a vacation. This package includes a Coconut Chicken Hotpot & SPA, and is conveniently located near HuaFa Ice and Snow World, the subway, Coastal City, and Sam's Club (Bao'an store). It's a great choice!
