InterContinental Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center accommodation package, including one night in an InterContinental Deluxe Room, daily breakfast for two, and a buffet dinner for two. We checked in on a Saturday night. Instead of the buffet dinner, we opted for the Chinese set menu, which required an additional tea charge of around 50 RMB or more. 🌙 The environment is quiet, and the staff is polite, making for a comfortable and peaceful evening. We were assigned a City View King Room. The room quality was quite good, though not very large; it features both a shower and a soaking tub. 🛁 The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very rich variety with everything you could possibly want. The service staff was very courteous, proactively asking what drinks we would like and even bringing them over to our table. 🍽️ In terms of hotel facilities, there is a 25-meter swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as dry and steam saunas, providing a quite pleasant experience 🧖‍♀️. A slight pity was that the Executive Lounge was only open from 14:30 to 20:00 on the day of check-in; we arrived late, so we missed the opportunity to experience it. Regarding transportation, taking a taxi from the Shenzhen Bay Port takes about 35 minutes to 1 hour, with a fare of around 60 RMB plus a 15–20 RMB toll fee 🚕. Overall, the value for money is very high, making it perfect for a one- or two-night weekend getaway in Shenzhen. Highly recommended! 👍

[Facilities] Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well-maintained with clear water and plenty of space. The outdoor pool, in particular, offers an open and expansive view, making it a major highlight of the hotel. The fitness facilities are also comprehensive, catering to the various needs of guests. [Dining] We booked a package that included breakfast and afternoon tea, and the food quality was satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety of items made with fresh ingredients, while the afternoon tea featured exquisite presentation and a well-balanced flavor profile. In addition, the two complimentary café drinks included with our stay offered a diverse selection (including soft drinks, coffee, red wine, white wine, and beer), which could be enjoyed during the stay or taken to go upon check-out—a flexible and thoughtful arrangement. [Service] Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams: since it was my wife's birthday, the room was specially decorated with a towel art setup, and a small cake was delivered in the evening. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly warmly welcomed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, allowing us to depart at a leisurely pace and rounding out a perfect stay. [Overall Impression] This was a high-quality weekend staycation. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. There was a slight misunderstanding this time, but I really appreciate how flexible and efficient the hotel staff were in handling the situation. I had booked this hotel online, but I accidentally ended up at another Hilton Garden Inn in the same group with a very similar name. I was quite confused and distressed at the time because we had just finished skiing at Huafa, and the children were extremely tired. After communicating with the front desk, this hotel agreed to cancel our reservation so we could rebook a room at the hotel we had actually arrived at. Thank you to everyone for their help, their flexible handling, and the speedy process, which allowed both the children and the adults to have a comfortable evening to rest.

I booked a 1-night stay for two rooms at the Fairfield by Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an from July 17-18, 2026, as a gift for friends to enjoy a vacation. This package includes a Coconut Chicken Hotpot & SPA, and is conveniently located near HuaFa Ice and Snow World, the subway, Coastal City, and Sam's Club (Bao'an store). It's a great choice!

Nos bajamos en la estación del Gran Teatro, pasamos por MixC City y tomamos el ascensor hasta el piso 33 para hacer el check-in. Como era el cumpleaños de un familiar, la recepción nos dijo que nos habían mejorado la habitación, decoraron la cama y nos dieron un pequeño pastel. La habitación era espaciosa, aunque las camas dobles eran un poco pequeñas. La bañera estaba en una posición un tanto extraña, en el centro de la entrada, y ambos lados eran de cristal transparente. En general, la habitación estaba bien mantenida. Solo había una piscina al aire libre. El buffet de la noche ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones chinas, occidentales y japonesas, y también había una piscina de bolas para niños. Como hotel de 5 estrellas de una marca importante, aunque no es un hotel nuevo, el mantenimiento es bueno y el personal de recepción y los empleados son amables y corteses.
