The hotel has a prime location, close to KingGlory Plaza and Exit E of Guomao Metro Station. There are many local eateries around, making it extremely convenient. Breakfast options are limited but acceptable. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink teppanyaki dinner on the 3rd floor is well worth the price. The facilities are modern and clean, and while the room is a bit small, it is acceptable. The only design flaw is that the television is positioned too close to the foot of the bed. If one guest wants to sleep while the other still wants to watch TV, who is supposed to accommodate whom?

My wife and I spent our vacation at the Wuzhou Sports Center Hotel in Shenzhen. Upon our arrival at the hotel entrance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help us unload our luggage. The front desk check-in process was handled by a young, handsome gentleman named Eddie. He was very polite and efficient, completing the registration quickly while introducing the hotel's various facilities. He arranged for us to stay in a high-floor room on the 12th floor with a city view. The bathroom was very spacious with double sinks, there was no odor in the toilet, the shower stall featured a built-in seating design, and the room soundproofing was quite good. In the evening, the buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western delicacies, and a lovely waitress named Qiuting provided attentive service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel's service.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent; you can take the MTR Line 9 directly to Hong Kong University Hospital, and the subway entrance is conveniently nearby. The staff provided friendly and courteous service. The pool was clean, towels were provided, and the view was nice. The gym was also great! The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, with four chefs on-site preparing fried eggs, noodles, congee, and rice noodle rolls. The massage parlor downstairs was affordable and professional, likely "strictly guided" by Hong Kong housewives! Overall, the value for money is extremely high, and I highly recommend it!

Reservamos 3 habitaciones, el paquete incluía desayuno y cena, y salida tardía hasta las 2 PM. El hotel está aislado en Wanjia City Fase 2. Nos bajamos en la estación del Gran Teatro, pasamos por MixC City y tomamos el ascensor hasta el piso 33 para hacer el check-in. Como era el cumpleaños de un familiar, la recepción nos dijo que nos habían mejorado la habitación, decoraron la cama y nos dieron un pequeño pastel. La habitación era espaciosa, aunque las camas dobles eran un poco pequeñas. La bañera estaba en una posición un tanto extraña, en el centro de la entrada, y ambos lados eran de cristal transparente. En general, la habitación estaba bien mantenida. Solo había una piscina al aire libre. El buffet de la noche ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones chinas, occidentales y japonesas, y también había una piscina de bolas para niños. Como hotel de 5 estrellas de una marca importante, aunque no es un hotel nuevo, el mantenimiento es bueno y el personal de recepción y los empleados son amables y corteses.

Recomiendo sinceramente este hotel. Su ubicación es una ventaja evidente, ya que está justo al lado del puerto de Luohu y de la estación de metro, lo que hace que los desplazamientos diarios sean muy cómodos. Los distritos comerciales de Dongmen y King Glory Plaza están muy cerca, lo que facilita las compras y el ocio. El personal es amable y cortés, y su trabajo es meticuloso y fiable. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, con aire fresco y sin olores extraños, lo que hace que la estancia sea cómoda y agradable. I chose the E-Town Serviced Apartment Hotel because the staff are always smiling and very friendly. Every time I go north for leisure, I always choose this place; it feels like coming home. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years, never changing hotels. The staff are excellent and very enthusiastic in their service!
