The footage was also spectacular; only when rewatching the video did I truly realize I had accomplished something I once thought was out of reach. When my feet touched the ground again, the sense of accomplishment and emotion was something I will remember for a lifetime. I sincerely recommend that anyone wanting to try it book early. Prices are usually more favorable, and you'll have more flexibility with timing. Slots on good weather days are highly sought after, so the earlier you arrange it, the more at ease you'll be. What an incredible experience. Scott is such a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The hike was around 1.5 hour with lots of time stopping for pictures, so it was not as physically demanding as expected. The glacier is truly mesmerising, it is one of the best memories I have made in NZ!

The registration process was smooth, as was boarding and disembarking. Watching the engine room was exciting. The farm tour and the tour guide were very informative. What I was most excited about and enjoyed the most was feeding the animals, shearing the sheep, and watching Kim (the dog) herd the sheep. The tea (coffee, juice) and light snack were also sufficient and tasted good. Overall, the experience was exemplary. Great for solo travelers, couples, and families with kids.

The most unforgettable and rewarding experience! Lovely driver especially, I love the radio on board, lots of familiar and classic songs that I can sing along with. And we were so lucky that it was a cloudy and rainy day so that we could see multiple small waterfalls besides the big ones.

The facilities were immaculate: clean changing areas, and the water temperature was perfect. I loved having the freedom to soak at my own pace without being rushed by a group schedule.
