It was a fantastic experience. The flight was smooth and calm, offering a spectacular view. The staff were friendly and professional.

First and foremost, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I made a reservation on the morning of the day itself for the 12 o'clock slot. The pickup and drop-off were perfect. We drove quite a distance past the Shotover Jet location in a van, and all the pilots were friendly and great. Highly recommended!

The event was canceled two days prior due to rain, with an announcement posted on the vendor's website. There was no phone call or email notification. We tried calling repeatedly an hour before the event to inquire but couldn't get through. It wasn't until we arrived at the counter that we were informed of the cancellation via the website announcement. However, no one ever mentioned that cancellations would be handled this way, nor were we advised to check the website; we were only told to call an hour before the event to confirm. Therefore, the vendor and KLOOK really need to improve in this area, otherwise, it leaves people feeling helpless and wastes their time waiting. On the other hand, I commend the refund process; the exact amount paid was refunded directly, with no loss due to exchange rate differences, which is excellent. The paragliding photo was taken during another activity.

I highly recommend everyone try paragliding! The instructor was very kind; seeing I was dressed too lightly, he even lent me his jacket. The scenery from above is absolutely stunning! I definitely recommend everyone participate.

Pague as fotos depois com o seu piloto, vale a pena! Uma experiência fantástica, tivemos bom tempo e muito tempo de voo. Se gosta de mais emoção, peça ao seu piloto para fazer mais truques? Recomendo 10/10. Foi a nossa primeira vez a fazer parapente!

Absolutně úžasné dobrodružství! Jsem člověk s postižením chůze a letěl jsem poprvé (a nejsem velký fanoušek výšek). Ale nebyl to děsivý zážitek. A oni se postarali o to, abych byl dobře opečován. Pokud nemůžete udělat krátký rozběh pro start, je to v pořádku – oni vás vypustí. Nejlepší je zůstat poblíž, například v Sofitel Queenstown… je to kousek pěšky do kanceláře. Nejprve vás zváží a odvezou dodávkou na vrchol Coronet Peak. Videa a fotografie z letu jsou ve vysoké kvalitě – stačí zaplatit pilotovi po letu (přijímají hotovost i kreditní karty).

One of the highlights of my trip! I was nervous as it was my first time paragliding. My pilot Peter is so experienced and I enjoyed the glide as it turned out to be fun and relaxing. Highly recommend!
