Aventura de Asa Delta em Queenstown com a Skytrek

I was actually very nervous at first, after all, I was about to jump off a mountain. But the coach gave me a lot of encouragement and relevant explanations, which made me feel completely at ease and secure. It really was just as the coach said, like flying like a bird! The horizontal speed wasn't fast, and the vertical descent was slow and continuous, so it really wasn't scary at all! The feeling of flying was truly great, even more fun and special than paragliding! The only slight downside was that the scenery wasn't as beautiful as the paragliding from the Sky Cable Car, but it was still a fantastic experience!

A great experience! The hang glider soared slowly through the air, and the pilot could freely control acceleration, deceleration, ascent, and descent. The scenery below was beautiful. For an extra fee, you could purchase GoPro photos and videos. I felt that hang gliding was safer than paragliding, as there were no tangled ropes. I'll definitely try it again if I get the chance.

The pre-flight checks and instructions were thoroughly conducted, and the equipment was re-inspected before takeoff. The only minor drawback was that the email did not specify to arrive half an hour early.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I didn't get a chance to try it. I hope to have another opportunity to go paragliding in Queenstown, New Zealand, in the future! When paragliding up the mountain, the guide will introduce the surrounding scenery and help take photos as souvenirs. The paragliding instructor was very professional in explaining and checking the equipment, which made us feel very safe. We look forward to paragliding again next time.
