Experiência de Onsen Hot Pools e Spa em Queenstown

Highly recommend this experience! Pick up from designated area was on time (about a 10-15 minute ride). Friendly welcome and easy check in. We were allowed to go in a little bit early (10 minutes) for our 8pm booking as there hadn’t been anyone in before us. Hot pool number 12. Absolutely spectacular view! Hot pool was devine. This is a must do when in Queenstown. A+++

Such a lovely and relaxing experience. A great activity to do after a day at the snow. The facility was very clean and the food and drinks provided were really nice. Free parking was super helpful.

Beautiful hidden gem. The service was great and welcoming. Very private experience. They were very timely. Wine was included with our booking which was a nice surprise! Was a good experience even though it was a rainy day you still get good views. They have parking, showers, and changing rooms. Would book again :) Photos reflect the Original Onsen Package.

I booked a time slot directly at this onsen, and it was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and had my booking ready. The facilities were immaculate: clean changing areas, and the water temperature was perfect. I loved having the freedom to soak at my own pace without being rushed by a group schedule. For anyone who prefers a self-guided, peaceful onsen visit without extra sightseeing stops, just booking the onsen directly is the way to go. Highly recommend!

The scenery was just as I imagined, and the facilities felt better than the price suggested. I booked a plan without a shuttle service, so I took the Orbus with my Beecard for 2 NZD on the way there. However, when I mentioned it to the staff there, they provided a free shuttle bus to the city center on the way back (it seemed there was a limit to the number of people who could ride in one bus). Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience. In Japan, this would likely cost over 30,000 yen.

The onsen was clean, well-designed, modern yet felt old world due to the barrel design. Onsen staff reached out by email about the complimentary pick up and drop off and it was organised 2 days before my session. Book early! The view was a bonus making this experience truly unique!

It was a super good experience!! We came a day after climbing Roys Peak and it really helped soothe our tired muscles. Best Onsen experience ever with great views!

A truly amazing experience. The serenity of the Onsen Hot Pools was second to none. The quality and cleanliness of the facilities was fantastic. The water in the Onsen was also at the right temperature and not too cold or hot. My wife and I liked the functionality of the original onsen pool which had a adjustable roof cover, a way to dim the lights further or add cold water if needed. The snacks and drinks as part of our package was a nice touch too.

Simply WOW. With the soothing hot tube coupled with the spectacular mountainous view and river, what more can you ask for? Totally luxurious feel. The service from the reception to you getting to the tube is top notched. You get to soak 1 hr in a private pool with drinks and snacks provided. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to try this.
