The aerial view of Queenstown's lakes and mountains is breathtaking, and the thrill of freefall is hard to describe. After landing, they patiently organize the photos and videos. The entire team provides professional and friendly service, and the equipment is well-maintained. Although thrilling, you feel secure the whole time. If you want to push your limits, you must choose this company—it is totally worth it!

This is a very long-standing attraction. After checking in on time, there is basically no wait. The experience is very fulfilling and exciting. You will get a little wet from the river water, but overall it's not a big deal, except that the life jackets are used so frequently that they have a damp, musty odor.

Real value for money trip. Cal was great. Pick-up was on time, designated stops were well-thought of, and time allotted per stop was good. Our bus was new and had USB-type charging ports. The trip to Milford Sound was as good as the destination. We got a pie, an apple, chips, and a candy bar for lunch. Overall, really good deal. Do recommend.

New Zealand's unique kiwi birds can only be seen in specific sanctuaries, and this is one of the best locations. Since kiwis are nocturnal, the KIWI HOUSE is dark, and photography is not allowed, so you won't be able to capture any images. We recommend scheduling both the KIWI HOUSE experience and the animal show; 1-2 hours in between is enough time to see the entire park, and then you can enjoy a local honey drink.

I booked a time slot directly at this onsen, and it was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and had my booking ready. The facilities were immaculate: clean changing areas, and the water temperature was perfect. I loved having the freedom to soak at my own pace without being rushed by a group schedule. For anyone who prefers a self-guided, peaceful onsen visit without extra sightseeing stops, just booking the onsen directly is the way to go. Highly recommend!
