Sabá Snorkeling

Highly recommend. The snorkeling tour is very professional and nice. Firstly, we took a boat to Mengalum Island and enjoyed the beach there. About 11:00 AM, we went to two beautiful snorkeling spots in total. There were all kinds of fish in both places, and we also saw starfish and octopuses 🐙. After lunch, we just enjoyed chill time on the beach 🏖️. I had a very wonderful and memorable experience on Mengalum Island. Five-star experience! Five-star trip! A perfect journey! Our tour guide, Sue, contacted us via WhatsApp the night before and was incredibly patient in answering all our questions. She also helped us take photos throughout the trip without any hesitation. Some of our group members had very high expectations for photography, and Sue was surprisingly patient in helping them get their shots. It's worth noting that our group was a combination of several smaller groups, but all the guides knew each other, so they were great at creating a lively atmosphere. One guide constantly played music through a loudspeaker, which really boosted the mood, and they even matched the theme – for example, playing Jay Chou's "Rice Field" when we were watching fireflies! Truly professional! Be aware that the local mosquitoes are very aggressive and aren't deterred by mosquito repellent, so that's something to keep in mind. The sunset there is stunning! We had plenty of time for free activities and taking photos. My first snorkeling experience was also amazing. The only downside was that some people in our group might have been afraid of water, so we had to accommodate them and couldn't visit more spots. We ended up staying at one spot for about an hour. You can rent a locker on the island for HKD $60, but you honestly don't need to; no one is going to steal your belongings on a deserted island... Watching the fireflies is an absolutely unforgettable experience! Photos can't capture the awe-inspiring sight; you'll understand once you go! P.S. The meeting time that day was 7 AM! So it was a very early start, but totally worth it.

The crew was super friendly and took great care of us. We booked the snorkeling activity, and the boat was shared with 4 other people who were all diving. Because of this, we visited 3 spots for snorkeling/diving. We saw many turtles and fish. Unfortunately, one spot wasn't suitable for snorkeling due to strong currents, which was a shame. We also only went ashore on Mataking. We would have liked to visit the other two islands as well.

The weather was great that day, and we enjoyed parasailing and flying fish water activities. The crew proactively helped take photos, and it was impressive how skilled they were at using various phone models. Snorkeling was also fun. Olivia was the one who took us on the tour that day, thank you for her company and explanations.😊

The boat was good for the price, but the massage could be longer. It is an option for two hours. The first island is beautiful, gorgeous, and clean. The second island is a little bit short, but you can do two islands in one day. For the price, it's definitely worth it. For any first-timer, I recommend it for sure. The locals are friendly, and the food is great as well.

I couldn't find the red phone booth, which was the meeting point, so I went to the information counter at Jesselton Ferry Port. Although I was past the meeting time, the information desk staff called the tour company for me, and I was able to meet up with my guide. There were three other groups who were also lost, and we all headed to the island together. It was my first time snorkeling, but they provided a life vest and fins, so I was able to swim easily. While I was swimming, the guide took photos and videos with a GoPro! I especially love the video taken with the clownfish's home! The photos taken will be sent via WhatsApp after the tour. Swimming was quite tiring, so it was great to have about two hours of relaxation time afterward. The boat ride was quite rough, so I wish I had taken motion sickness medication.

I had a fulfilling itinerary with veteran guide Tommy. I was a little hesitant when choosing the tour because there weren't many reviews, but I was right to trust the review score. He adjusted the itinerary well, reflecting the tour group's opinions, and did his best to ensure that everyone could enjoy the trip without any discomfort! The weather forecast was uncertain, so I was worried when I applied the day before, but fortunately, the weather wasn't too hot, and it only rained lightly for a short time, making it a perfect tour. You can also do activities separately, which are a little cheaper than booking in advance with other tours. When parasailing, you can choose to be dunked in the water, and when I asked not to be dropped in completely but only halfway, they very carefully only got my legs wet. It wasn't scary, and it was so much fun! I highly recommend this tour!!

A private and beautiful island. We were satisfied with the delicious lunch and the guide was kind. Above all, we were pleased with the beautiful scenery. The hotel pickup and transfer service was satisfactory, and the driver was very kind and made us feel comfortable. However, we wanted to use the paddleboard a lot, but there was only one paddleboard, and even that kept deflating, so we had to keep reinflating it. Two of our group had to take turns using it, and other members also had to take turns discreetly. We didn't do snorkeling, but other members enjoyed it. There were plenty of kayaks, but we were disappointed as we primarily wanted to use the paddleboard. We are satisfied with all other facilities. The restrooms were very clean, and the shower facilities were relatively good.
