The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day before, so the pick-up was smooth. It's about a 10-15 minute ride from the port, so if you don't get seasick easily, you probably don't need to take medication. Upon arrival, they explain the schedule and precautions. The English is easy to understand, so even those who aren't good at English should be able to follow along. The staff looked after our luggage, and there were surveillance cameras, so it was fine to leave our bags on the sofa. During snorkeling, they showed us good spots for fish. Afterwards, there was a barbecue, and everyone enjoyed SUP or kayak activities, finishing with high tea. Jet skiing was an optional activity, and although I didn't try it, it looked like fun. When people got tired, they rested in hammocks. The shower area had shampoo and body soap, bath towels were available for rent at 10 RM, there was toilet paper in the restrooms, and changing rooms were available, so we could enjoy ourselves with complete peace of mind. The barbecue was delicious, and the hospitality of all the staff was excellent. There were fewer foreign tourists, so I think it's a hidden gem!

The page stated that I would receive a reply within 24 hours after placing the order, but I waited several days without any order confirmation. I only received a successful order confirmation the night before my departure. I contacted customer service multiple times during this period, and I'm truly grateful for their help. Not receiving an order confirmation made me very anxious, as I was worried that my well-planned itinerary would be canceled at the last minute. I hope this aspect can be improved! The tour guide for this group was very friendly. The island is beautiful, and there's a high degree of freedom. In addition to snorkeling, there are other water activities, and you can also add parasailing. The lunch was very authentic and delicious. I personally loved the lunch and the itinerary arrangements. The dogs on the island are very charming.

A private and beautiful island. We were satisfied with the delicious lunch and the guide was kind. Above all, we were pleased with the beautiful scenery. The hotel pickup and transfer service was satisfactory, and the driver was very kind and made us feel comfortable. However, we wanted to use the paddleboard a lot, but there was only one paddleboard, and even that kept deflating, so we had to keep reinflating it. Two of our group had to take turns using it, and other members also had to take turns discreetly. We didn't do snorkeling, but other members enjoyed it. There were plenty of kayaks, but we were disappointed as we primarily wanted to use the paddleboard. We are satisfied with all other facilities. The restrooms were very clean, and the shower facilities were relatively good.

Perfecte dagtocht! De duur van de reis was goed en aangenaam. De locatie was echt prachtig en ze boden uitstekend eten aan! Het personeel was vriendelijk. Geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

With clear waters and fine sand, it's perfect for those who love a peaceful island experience. On the day we visited, there were no other tourists on the island, so our two families, a total of five people, had the entire island to ourselves. The outdoor shower facilities and restrooms were in good working order, and tea and coffee were available for free. For activities, we only tried kayaking, which was freely accessible. There was only one snorkeling spot; the current wasn't too strong, and some areas were quite deep, requiring self-exploration to find the coral reefs. There was a good variety of fish, though not in large schools like at Sapi Island, and a few sea anemones. Lunch was served hot, with generous portions, and the taste was a matter of personal preference. Overall, considering the short drive and boat ride, Dinawa Island is an ideal island destination.

That was a totally underrated experience! Absolutely amazing! We went island hopping on September 1st, and the weather wasn't ideal. It was rainy, and the sea was quite choppy as we boarded for the private island. The captain was incredibly professional, skillfully avoiding all the big waves, and was very thoughtful with every detail. Lunch on the island was surprisingly good. It was hot, and the local food was beautifully presented. Please choose this experience instead of the major ones (Manukan Island, etc. – we went there the day before and it can't compare!). Experience: great hospitality!

Our guides Kelvin, Nick and Edward took great care of us and put in a lot of effort to look for the proboscis monkeys. We had a great time at Bongawan thanks to them! I must also give a shout out to the boat crew who brought us close to the monkeys and fireflies!

A great place, very clean with beautiful scenery. Snorkeling in the clear sea, marine life, coral reef ecosystems, and beautiful fish. Lunch is an all-you-can-eat buffet. A very relaxing day.
