Excelente servicio por parte del operador. Son capaces de proporcionar lo que necesites. Un almuerzo buffet sencillo y agradable. Incluye bebidas embotelladas. Se nos proporcionó recogida gratuita desde nuestro hotel cercano, lo que creo que se debe a que tenemos personas mayores en el grupo.

The tour was subcontracted to another company and it was a large group. The boat turned back to the jetty after leaving to pick up some passengers. You’ll need to pay RM 50 per person to enter the Mabul Water Bungalow, mainly for photo taking purposes. There was not much coral or fish while snorkeling at Mabul. You will not be able to go up to Kapalai as it is a private resort.

Absolument une journée de folie. Le voyage à Bohey Dulang et Mabul Kapalai a été organisé par la même équipe (UC Islanders Adventure). Ils sont absolument les meilleurs. Même si j'ai été déçu que les frais des bungalows de Mabul ne soient pas inclus (c'est 50 RM), j'ai été très satisfait car nous l'avons visité pendant environ 2 heures et avons sauté la dernière séance de snorkeling. Je devais faire voler mon drone. J'aurais pu le faire depuis la réception du bungalow, qui est gratuite à visiter, mais j'ai payé et suis entré. Nous avons dû personnaliser le temps que nous voulions passer dans les bungalows, et l'équipe a réussi à le faire pour nous, même si c'était contre leur plan de visite. Un grand merci pour cela.

We were very lucky to have Riri's help; today's snorkeling trip was a complete success. We encountered a Komodo dragon on Mabul Island and even bought a large lobster. The snorkeling here is great, with many sea turtles and fish.

We love this tour because both Kapalai Island and Mabul Island have crystal clear water, an abundance of fish, and many turtles. There were two Westerners who went there for diving, accompanied by one tour guide. For our family of four, another tour guide took care of us. He led us to three snorkeling sites, and because he was very familiar with the areas, we were always able to see beautiful marine life and fish. If we had just snorkeled by ourselves, we surely would have missed a lot of the sights. A big thank you to our tour guide.

The itinerary was very thoughtfully planned, and the lunch spot was clean and comfortable. The tour guide provided very detailed explanations, unlike other tours that are often rushed. We were also given ample time for snorkeling. Compared to other companies or island-hopping tours, this one was exceptionally fun. Highly recommended.

Great experience, saw many collected cubic corals and colorful fish, and don't forget the turtle while snorkeling at Kapalai. Mabul Resort entrance fee is 30 ringgit per person, not included in packages unless you stay on the island or on a boat. No swimming is allowed at the resort. Lunch is served at the resort entrance area, not inside. Buy some seafood from the Sea Bajau people before heading to Kapalai. Bargain for a 50-60% discount as they inflate prices by more than half; go for pairing purchases and choose live lobsters, as they survive better than sea sari crabs. At Kapalai, there are more natural corals, and if you're lucky, you might encounter a turtle.

We were only 4 people, and only I snorkel, the rest dive. Unfortunately, it was raining quite heavily when we arrived at Mabul Island, so the water was quite murky. I didn't get into the water bungalows though; I didn't think it was worth it. The corals in Mabul are not really natural; they were planted. It was still nice, just not as nice as the natural ones elsewhere. The second snorkeling spot was in the Kapalai Island area, and that was a very good spot. It was also raining when we got there, but it wasn't as murky as it was in Mabul. Pretty clear water, actually. The third spot was at Panglima Reef near the island where we had our lunch. It was a good spot as well, despite shallow water due to the tide. Guides from the office to the boat were all friendly, and they could speak English, Malay, and Mandarin (the ones on the boat). There are lots of Chinese national tourists here, which definitely makes things easier and smoother with them. I'd recommend the 2nd and 3rd spots for snorkeling, but you can't skip Mabul anyway, so you might as well enjoy it.

We managed to snorkel at Kapalai and visit Mabul Island. We didn't pay for the Mabul Island water bungalow as the boat didn't stop at the water bungalow jetty; instead, we stopped at another resort's jetty. The instructor took us for a walk around Mabul Island, excluding the water bungalows, of course. Snorkeling at Kapalai was nice; we managed to see big fish, sea eels, and turtles. He was kind and helpful.
