Spring City Resort This time, we used a Klook package that included one meal and a two-hour hot spring private room for 3,500 NTD. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, staff will assist with valet parking, as guests are not allowed to park their own vehicles. It's good to be prepared to tip when leaving, to avoid an awkward moment with your wallet. The dinner was Japanese cuisine with a fixed menu, so no other choices were available. Overall, it was decent. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area before returning for the hot springs. The pace of the itinerary was quite comfortable. The private hot spring room showed some signs of age, with an older decor style, but the room itself was spacious, and the bathing area was also large. The sound insulation of the main door was average, but since we visited on a weekday and there weren't many people, it didn't significantly impact our experience. What was rather perplexing was that shortly after we entered the room, a housekeeper knocked on the door and said our time was up. We were completely bewildered, thinking, "We just arrived; did time fly by, or is our life being fast-forwarded?" The housekeeper later confirmed the mistake, apologized, and left, but this little incident was indeed a bit baffling. Overall, although the facilities and decor of Spring City Resort show their age, the service was generally acceptable, and the environment had a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. Considering one meal plus a two-hour private hot spring room for 3,500 NTD, the value for money is still reasonable, making it a suitable place for a relaxing hot spring getaway.

This was a last minute booking. Booked it on the way to Beitou. Redeemed it within 15 mins with no issues. Staff were very accommodating and the 90 mins for the bath were more than enough. Complimentary snacks and cold drinks as well. There’s a hot and cold plunge within the private room. Just take note that there’s an additional 300 NTD fee for weekend visits.

This facilty is clean, staff are fruendly. Price is reasonable with simple snacks included. 5 mins walk from MRT statuon.

Went on Tuesday late morning and the whole place was not packed with people. Room was well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the dip and view from room.

It was a relaxing bath to have after a soaked day, which is actually worth it as it comes with free snacks and drinks.

The main point is that there is also a luxury shuttle bus to ride, which is very honorable. If you don't mind a more nostalgic style, this is a very cost-effective hot spring option and the front desk is very friendly.

Booking the 90-minute hot spring private room experience at Kagaya through Klook was quite good overall. The hot spring room was clean and tidy, with a Japanese-style elegant design that immediately put me at ease. The hot spring water was warm and comfortable, and after soaking, my body felt noticeably relaxed, providing excellent relief from accumulated daily fatigue. The staff were friendly and explained the process clearly, which made the overall experience even smoother. However, the afternoon tea was a bit simple, consisting of basic items. Both the portion size and sophistication were somewhat lacking, which felt a little underwhelming compared to the high-quality hot spring experience. If the afternoon tea could be elevated, for example, by adding some unique desserts or improving the presentation, the overall satisfaction would be even higher. Overall, the quality of the hot spring room itself and its relaxing effect are highly recommended. It's a great choice for a short, rejuvenating escape.

If not, there's a Qixing Park Dudu parking lot on the side of the MRT station across the street, and it's convenient to use a credit card to pay for parking. Today's room didn't have an outside window, but it had a relatively large pool, so there was plenty of space for two people to soak. Alternatively, if you prefer a larger resting area, you should choose a room with an outside window, even though the pool might be smaller.
