I arrived around 4 PM on August 24th. After reaching Xinbeitou MRT Station, I wasn't sure how to get to the hotel, so I called the front desk. I made three or four calls to confirm, and the two front desk ladies were truly excellent. Despite their young age, they answered patiently and spoke gently. Upon arrival, they provided even more detailed explanations. It truly made me feel that your hotel staff are of a very high caliber! The hotel lobby and private hot spring rooms were also maintained to be clean and comfortable! From the initial phone inquiry to on-site check-in, usage, and departure, I felt joyful and that the trip was well worth it! I sincerely recommend it! I also hope everyone will take good care of the facilities so that this excellent hot spring hotel can operate sustainably! (The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the private hot spring room were super good!) Thank you to the front desk ladies that day! I hope your excellent attitude is recognized by your company, that you are rewarded, and more importantly, that it can serve as a basis for training others.

Booked thru klook 30 mins before arriving and everything was straightforward. They even upgraded my room. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. Enjoyed our stay overall.

This was a last minute booking. Booked it on the way to Beitou. Redeemed it within 15 mins with no issues. Staff were very accommodating and the 90 mins for the bath were more than enough. Complimentary snacks and cold drinks as well. There’s a hot and cold plunge within the private room. Just take note that there’s an additional 300 NTD fee for weekend visits.

I made my booking the day of and had no issues. The staff we’re extremely friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival ad staff explained all facility procedures. I booked a private room for 1 and enjoyed it immensely. The water from the Beitou springs is so revitalizing. I look forward to visiting this same Onsen again when I return. Just a heads up the the 90 mins starts the second they give you your key so be sure to get to the room fast to enjoy the full 90 mins.

It was an amazing experience. Friendly staff able to speak English. The room was big with a king size bed and a view of the park ✨ highly recommend this place!

First time trying the 90-minute suite for a hot spring bath. The room was very spacious and tidy, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the bed was large and springy. It's absolutely perfect for a rest after a soak. 👍🏻

I am very satisfied. It seems to be very good in terms of value for money. The location is also good for a leisurely walk from Xinbeitou. There are many delicious restaurants along the way, so it's good to eat on the way back from the hot springs. The hot springs are also very good. There is a slight sulfur smell, but other than that, it is a really good private hot spring.

The location was about a 15-20 minute walk from Beitou Station, but you'll arrive quickly while exploring the neighborhood. Overall, it's clean and great!! ☺️ As a family of four, we booked two 2-person hot spring rooms (Hinoki bath) for 90 minutes. Inside the small room, without a bed, there's a hot tub, a cold tub, a mini-fridge, and a table. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, and snacks are also provided. 90 minutes passes by much faster than you'd think!! The time starts counting the moment you insert the card into the room, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to fill the tub with water, so it would be good to manage your time well to avoid extra charges.

It was a wonderful retreat to relax and destress. Soaking in hot sulfur water was just what we needed.
