Beautiful onsen experience. We used the public baths, separated by sex. There are several baths, and the environment is clean. They provide towels, a shower cap, and soaps for washing. I really enjoyed it.

El personal fue complaciente y muy amable, y el agua fue muy curativa para nuestros pies cansados. También había una bañera de inmersión fría en la habitación y también se sintió muy bien. La reserva incluía una botella de agua y una pequeña lata de Pocari Sweat para cada huésped (tuvimos un huésped adicional y pagamos 300 NTD extra en la recepción). Sin embargo, mi collar se cayó por las rendijas del suelo al final y no pensé que lo recuperaría. Muchas gracias al personal por ayudarnos a levantar las tablas de madera para recuperar el collar, ya que es muy especial para mí. 10/10 volvería de nuevo. Esto se convirtió en lo más destacado de nuestro viaje 💖

It was located only 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The redemption took just 2 minutes; I just showed them the booking and I could directly enter after that. There are 5 different pools inside, and an area just to relax and sleep. I went during weekdays around 4 pm and no one was there.

The hot spring offered just the right amount of privacy and comfort, creating a relaxing and intimate experience. We enjoyed our time with some drinks to complement the soothing atmosphere. The amenities were well thought out, with more than enough towels and toiletries provided to ensure convenience. The water temperature was perfect and heated up quickly, allowing us to fully unwind without any delays. Overall, it was a delightful experience with attention to every detail that made our stay enjoyable.

Buying tickets in advance on Klook is very convenient as you can use them immediately upon arrival. The price is also more favorable than buying on the spot, unless the vendor has a special promotion. If there's a cheaper option, you can get a refund for the difference, and you can cancel for free up to the moment of redemption, making your itinerary more flexible. Klook's customer service is excellent, ensuring a worry-free purchase. The public hot spring at Mito Hot Spring Resort is comfortable and very clean; highly recommended. Since photography is not allowed in the hot spring, I can only use official photos for your reference. I will definitely purchase this ticket on Klook in advance again next time.

I made a reservation through Klook. Prices vary for peak season, off-peak season, and weekends. It's a public hot spring bath within a hot spring hotel, and it's clean, with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. There are several baths with different temperatures, and also a bubble massage bath. There's also a sauna! Hair caps, combs, and towels are available in the lockers, and the changing room provides hair dryers, makeup remover, and body lotion. Face lotion is not available. I used it in the evening and felt refreshed and invigorated~*

This activity is recommended if you have the time to try a hot spring. It was a weekday afternoon, but we had to wait about 2.5 hours for the next available room. There were two tubs in the room – one with hot water and one with cold water. The room has an area for bathing and changing clothes. It's a self-contained room for privacy.
