I had a lovely time at the hotel/spa, soaking in the hot spring water. The attendant forgot we had a high tea ticket as well, but rectified it immediately after we politely brought it to their attention. The time was just enough. I loved the face mask and freebies. It's a short walk from the train station.

Booking through Klook this time was really convenient, and the overall experience was great! The process was clear, and using it was very smooth; everything went well on-site. Redemption was okay, one of the staff didn't read my voucher properly and I was asked to go up and then back to the front counter again. The ambience was great. Could there have been more pools in that sense? Only 3 kinds, but I loved the experience.

A 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Xinbeitou Station. The location is prominent and transportation is convenient. Upon entering the hotel, take the elevator on the right directly to the 5th floor for check-in. The staff are friendly, and the hot spring room is clean and spacious. The package I booked included outdoor hot and cold spring baths, and bathing outdoors at night was a wonderful experience. It's worth a visit.

Experience was 100% satisfactory. For friends with children, I recommend bringing some small snacks. The room TV has YouTube and Netflix, and you can access the internet. You can ask the front desk for the Wi-Fi password.

It's very close to Xinbeitou MRT Station, making it super convenient to get there. The only drawback is a short uphill walk, but we managed fine even with suitcases. I recommend taking a taxi or a bus from Beitou Station if you're driving. The room is beautiful, with a bidet toilet and a generous supply of amenities, including snacks, drinks, tea bags, and a kettle. The staff are all very polite and provide excellent service. It truly lives up to the Regent Group's reputation. A must-visit for hot springs in Beitou!

昨天去了新北投看了一圈大眾泡湯，只剩晶泉丰旅沒去過，有限時3小時，果然是晶華酒店投資，從大門口的迎賓，到櫃檯，專人介紹帶領到泡湯的樓層，櫃檯服務人員友善有禮貌、親切有笑容的專業介紹設施，女大眾泡湯池的裝潢是枯山水，還有一輪明月倒映在池中，裏面有濕蒸氣室，烤箱，二個熱池、ㄧ個冷池、很體心的備有飲水機、咖啡、洋甘菊茶、運動飲料、牛奶、蘋果，但空間不大很迷你，很幸運昨天進去的時間剛好無人包場了，音樂，環境很放鬆舒服的體驗。

The morning shift female attendant was friendly and provided enthusiastic service. We suggest adding a few more foreign soda crackers and other snacks to the selection for a richer variety.

The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting on how to claim my Klook voucher and guided me to the public hot spring. Moreover, the hot spring facilities were very well maintained and complimentary refreshments were also provided (i.e. chilled packet milk, pocari sweat, and apples). Overall had a pleasant experience at the hot spring in this resort.
