I had a lovely time at the hotel/spa, soaking in the hot spring water. The attendant forgot we had a high tea ticket as well, but rectified it immediately after we politely brought it to their attention. The time was just enough. I loved the face mask and freebies. It's a short walk from the train station.

It's very close to Xinbeitou MRT Station, making it super convenient to get there. The only drawback is a short uphill walk, but we managed fine even with suitcases. I recommend taking a taxi or a bus from Beitou Station if you're driving. The room is beautiful, with a bidet toilet and a generous supply of amenities, including snacks, drinks, tea bags, and a kettle. The staff are all very polite and provide excellent service. It truly lives up to the Regent Group's reputation. A must-visit for hot springs in Beitou!

Yesterday, I visited Xinbeitou to check out the public hot springs, and the only one I hadn't been to was Wellspring by Silks. It has a 3-hour time limit. As expected from a Regent Hotels investment, from the welcoming at the main entrance to the reception desk, a dedicated staff member introduced and escorted me to the hot spring floor. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and professionally introduced the facilities with warm smiles. The women's public hot spring area is decorated in a dry landscape style, with a bright moon reflected in the pool. Inside, there's a steam room, a sauna, two hot pools, and one cold pool. Thoughtfully, there are also water dispensers, coffee, chamomile tea, sports drinks, milk, and apples available. However, the space is quite small and miniature. I was very lucky that when I entered yesterday, there was no one else there, so I had the place to myself. The music and environment made for a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

A 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Xinbeitou Station. The location is prominent and transportation is convenient. Upon entering the hotel, take the elevator on the right directly to the 5th floor for check-in. The staff are friendly, and the hot spring room is clean and spacious. The package I booked included outdoor hot and cold spring baths, and bathing outdoors at night was a wonderful experience. It's worth a visit.

The place was new and aesthetic. It’s a few stones throw away from Xinbeitou station. We appreciated the complimentary snacks in the room. Water was easy to switch temperatures in except for the shower. They had a huge smart TV in the room too. there is a temperature to check the water. The room we booked had a bit of a small tub. if you are tall, I suggest you get the bigger one

The room is beautiful and well-furnished. Water pressure is good. We filled the tub with fully hot water and it was the perfect temperature to get in straight away. The timing was perfect for a quick shower, a nice soak, and then a chat on the private balcony. The provided masks are in the refrigerator which is such a thoughtful touch. The yukata are also so cute and comfy. Perfect for a mother-daughter date!

The hotel has a parking lot with a spacious and easy-to-navigate driveway. The front desk staff provides excellent service, and the hot spring rooms are clean. The genuine hot springs are very comfortable. It's a place I would like to visit again.

This review is for the Public Bath. Enter the hotel and go straight to the reception desk - bypass any staff hanging around the lobby, they don't know English and sent me up to the 5th-floor spa....who then accompanied me back down to the lobby to register! The Public Bath is on Level 1. Enjoy!

A great experience! The public pool area has three pools: warm, cold, and hot, suitable for everyone. There's also a sauna, snacks, and a steam room available! (Phones are not allowed inside, so the photos are from the internet.)
