非常推薦情侶來這裡！我們這週稍早去過公共溫泉，所以很喜歡這次的私人體驗。午餐很美味，服務人員也很棒！我們把這個行程安排在最後一個完整的一天，我也會推薦這樣做。幾天的徒步旅行、夜市和繁忙的旅遊區的疲憊都在溫泉中消散了。

一到門口就有穿和服的工作人員帶領我們搭乘電梯，順利完成登記進入房間，廁所、休息區、淋浴與湯池都有隔間，環境細節都算乾淨，空間偏大舒適，湯池也是躺兩個人完全沒問題，並且有對外窗，泡的非常舒服，泡完還有休息區搭配麥茶可以稍做休息，很放鬆的短暫之旅。

服務人員很親切，裸湯使用解說很清楚，環境非常很乾淨，足湯泡起來非常的舒服，朋友們可以一起聊天，女湯可以看戶外的山景，泡湯備品提供很齊全，不用攜帶任何東西，輕輕鬆鬆地泡湯。飯店規定手機要放在一進門的鞋子區，置物櫃內有手機專屬的位子，非常的貼心，也保護顧客隱私。👍

A great experience! Although the order amount is the same as booking directly on the Kagaya official website, booking through Klook allows you to earn Klook credits and review credits! Kagaya's service quality is impeccable. We booked in advance and asked customer service to inform the hotel to try and arrange our preferred private onsen room type. Although the activity page stated that specific room types could not be requested, with the help of customer service, Kagaya arranged for us to have the Marble Onsen Room. The interior was very spacious and included a TV, a separate toilet, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Kagaya called to remind us ten minutes before our 90-minute slot, allowing us to prepare in advance! Soaking in the hot spring on such a cold day was truly a great pleasure! The interior decoration has a very Japanese atmosphere. Highly recommended to everyone~

Room and amenities were good. The lunch was excellent too. It's just that I don't think they use spring water for the private hot spring. I've been to many hot springs and they do not wrinkle my skin at all no matter how long I soak. but for the private hot spring here it feels like they just use regular water so my skin gets wrinkly within 5min of soaking.

We booked the hot spring for 1 PM. There was no one else there at that time, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We left at 4 PM. They provide all the necessary facial cleansing and moisturizing products, so you don't need to bring anything with you to enjoy the hot springs. Inside, there are two massage pools and one hotter pool. There's also a steam room. It would be even better value for money if the price were a little lower.

帶著媽媽去泡湯，很好的一次體驗。離新北投車站很近，走路可以到。泡過溫泉♨️吃過點心🥧附近逛一逛走一走很不錯。

溫泉飯店服務挺好的，一到飯店門口會有人代客泊車，接著會有服務生帶領到lobby check-in。溫泉和午餐都可圈可點，家人都很滿意☺️服務偏傳統的日式服務，離開時還會有人和我們鞠躬，目送我們離開❤️

beautiful japanese themed hotel, go to lvl 2 to front desk and inform of booking and staff will bring you to lvl 5 where the private rooms are. room has all toiletries you need and is very clean. there is buckwheat tea near lift as well as sitting area. very near walk to mrt as well, will definitely visit again next time to taipei!
