Our experience at this hotel was great! The staff was exceedingly kind and even helped us when we showed up for our booking during a time (2 pm) when the bistro was closed and there wasn’t any food immediately available on premises. We made the mistake of not eating ahead of time. The kitchen staff made accommodations and switched our tea to a lunch set so we could eat before the session instead of after the session. The lunch was beef noodle soup and it was great! the room itself was also wonderful. Clean and clearly well maintained. would love to come again!

我的媽媽非常喜歡北投亞太飯店的溫泉體驗！從台北搭火車到飯店很方便，而且飯店每小時都有免費接駁車往返北投和新北投車站。接駁車是小巴，大約可坐9-10人，所以不需要提前預訂，不過我還是有告知飯店我的預計抵達時間。 我們的套裝行程包含下午茶，我們在房間泡溫泉前先享用了下午茶。餐點還不錯，但沒有特別驚豔。房間本身很棒，是傳統日式榻榻米風格，溫泉水直接流入浴缸，營造出非常放鬆的體驗。我們泡了一個多小時的溫泉才離開。 唯一的缺點是我們沒有過夜，因為我們希望能有更多時間放鬆。我下次旅行一定會再來，並考慮住一兩個晚上！

The front desk staff thoughtfully arranged the private hot spring room and helped call a taxi. The overall environment of the private hot spring room was very elegant and comfortable, and it was clean, allowing for complete relaxation. During the meal, the service staff kindly reminded us that we could use our meal vouchers and helped pack up the leftovers. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It's definitely worth revisiting.

The hot spring room is a large Japanese-style tatami room, and the TV offers multiple YouTube options, allowing for a very comfortable experience of watching TV while soaking in the hot spring. However, the dinner portion is not very cost-effective as it costs 1280 per person, and the quantity is not much, although the taste is quite good. It might not be enough for men. I prefer their buffet as there are more choices. Unfortunately, there weren't many diners that day, so we could only have the set meal, which is the only regrettable part. The front desk staff were very attentive, which is also a big plus! I will come back to the hot spring room in the future, but for meals, I will choose to eat elsewhere.

The standard of a 5-star hotel, the hot spring pool is clean, and the Japanese-style tatami room is even brighter and more spacious. I've been to the Asia Pacific Hotel for hot springs many times, and I really love it 👍👍👍

There is a scheduled free shuttle bus service from Beitou Station to the hotel for hot springs, and after enjoying the hot springs, there is another shuttle bus to take you back to Beitou Station. The transportation is very convenient.

Beitou Asia Pacific Hot Spring is excellent. It's a great place for the whole family to vacation. The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is elegant. It's a wonderful spot for both relaxation and gatherings.
