Fantastic 5.0
I highly recommend this itinerary. We visited two historical sites in two days and one night. The handicraft market itself was a bit like the stalls you see outside tourist attractions, but the transportation for the entire tour was very well arranged. Even though the train was significantly delayed, they patiently waited to take us home. We were able to enjoy every stop without worry. Thumbs up! However, I personally suggest allowing for some free time before and after the trip to rest, otherwise, the tight schedule and travel can be quite tiring!

Despite a minor mishap, we were provided with a truly wonderful tour! The guide for the Machu Picchu tour, in particular, was excellent and very thorough!

Fantastic 5.0
Choosing this guide for my Machu Picchu trip was an excellent decision. First, the service provided was outstanding for the price, and I was amazed by the value for money. Lunch was provided on the first day and was delicious. The guide's explanations were also very thorough, allowing me to explore the ruins while deeply understanding the historical background, which was very satisfying in terms of knowledge. What was especially wonderful was that they took plenty of time to show me around until I was completely satisfied. There was no rushing like in a group tour, and I was able to enjoy the scenery to my heart's content. Also, they provided dedicated support throughout the tour, and I am truly grateful that they didn't show any displeasure when I left something behind and diligently helped me search for it. Even during the trek, they took many photos at scenic spots and livened up the atmosphere, so I felt ingenuity everywhere to make the walking time itself enjoyable. They were always there for me from beginning to end, and thanks to this guide, it was a wonderful trip that will remain a lifelong memory.

one of my favourite part of this trip in Peru. The tour was organised and waking up early was all worth it. We arrived in Vinicunca Mountain earIy which means less crowd. ATV ride was fun too. On top of that, I was surprised thay the tour included buffet breakfast and lunch. Money we'll spent on this trip.

Fantastic 5.0
We contacted the travel agency via WhatsApp two days before our trip and received our train tickets and itinerary the day before departure. On the day of the trip, our guide arrived promptly at 3:30 AM at our hotel to pick us up and take us to the train station. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, the hostel receptionist was already waiting for us and led us to the hostel to rest. We then had free time to explore Aguas Calientes, have lunch, and buy souvenirs! The next morning, before dawn, the receptionist had already prepared a simple breakfast for us. Our guide, Stiven, arrived on time at the hostel to pick us and the other group members up. The bus ride up the mountain offered incredibly beautiful scenery! We were very lucky with the weather; the views were crystal clear as soon as we reached the top. Our guide, Stiven, was very knowledgeable, providing excellent explanations in both Spanish and English, and gave us ample time to take photos. The tour concluded at noon, leaving us a few hours to have lunch before returning to the hostel to collect our luggage and depart from Aguas Calientes. This tour offered excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

Highly recommended cultural tour in Cusco. It’s good value for money, and the tour guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanations at every stop, especially about Inca history and culture. Everything was well explained and easy to understand. After the trip, I became even more interested in learning about Cusco. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

What to know before visiting Cusco

Quick snapshot of Cusco and what draws travellers

Cusco is a gateway for cultural experiences and tours, and Klook booking trends show a clear yearly rhythm with a strong high season and quieter months. Tours dominate bookings, with cultural experiences also present among visitors seeking history and local heritage.

Best times to visit and how prices move

Klook data identifies September as the peak month for demand and March as the trough, with demand rising through late summer into early autumn. Prices move differently at times: several peak-demand months such as September and November also show high prices, while October stands out in Klook data as typically the cheapest month for activities. For lower prices and smaller crowds, plan for October or other trough months; for the full peak-season atmosphere, aim for September or November when activity levels are highest. Note that price and demand generally rise together around the busiest months, but there are months where prices dip even when demand is moderate.

Tips for travellers from the Philippines

Most travellers from the Philippines who book Cusco experiences typically lock things in about four weeks ahead, with many purchasing well before the last-minute window of around nine days. If you prefer flexibility you can still find options closer in, but if you’re travelling in peak months consider booking earlier to secure preferred tours and cultural activities. Use Klook to compare available tours and book the experiences you want with the confidence of past booking patterns on the platform.
