Transport in Kyoto

Great booking! really saved us from the rush hour trains from osaka to kansai. we had 2 large luggage each and the only way to fit inside a busy train is to use the haruka train. train was on time and comfortable. there were spaces provided in each car for luggages. we were also allowed to eat. it is also cheaper by using the klook app. will definitely use this service again and will highly recommend it

Booked the Kansai Airport to OCAT Limousine Bus on Klook and it was extremely convenient. The voucher was easy to redeem, and the bus stop was well–signposted. The bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious for luggage. Travel time was smooth and it dropped us exactly at OCAT, which is very close to Namba. Perfect for first-time travelers and those with heavy baggage. Highly recommended!

was easy to redeem and super convenient for a party of three. We used it to travel from Kyoto to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji, and it made getting around stress-free. Definitely worth it if you’re planning to visit multiple cities in the Kansai area.

A useful pass for the local trains which can be redeemed at Sanjo station office in Kyoto. I used the pass to travel to get to the Kibune Shrine in the north of Kyoto. The pass covers trains up to Demachiyanagi station then to Kibune for a pleasant journey. When you get to Kibuneguchi station, get off to pay a ¥250 fee to get the bus to Kibune Shrine for some exploration. Cash needed and the pass won't apply to travel on the bus. Beautiful area late in the afternoon just before the evening falls.

Amanohashidate and Ine day tour was the highlight of my Osaka trip, and using the JR pass in almost all of my train rides in Osaka and the neighboring areas of Kobe and Kyoto was very maximized. I even got to ride the Shinkansen to Himeji using the JR pass.

I am so glad that this was available on Klook once again before my trip started. So easy to claim at Kansai airport but had to wait a few minutes as store opened at 9 a.m. Getting this pass allowed me to explore Kyoto conveniently as I just had to show the pass to the bus driver every time I took a bus ride.

The convenience of electronic tickets, which don't require exchange, is great. I also purchased a Kintetsu 5-day electronic ticket a year ago. However, unfortunately, I couldn't open the ticket at the station at all, and ultimately couldn't use it and had to cancel. I used a transportation card to go to the Kintetsu Nagoya Station ticket office and bought a physical ticket. I originally wanted to buy a physical ticket this time, but unfortunately, they stopped selling them on March 31, 2025; only electronic tickets are available. Each time you use it, you have to re-enter and open the ticket to use it, but many stations that aren't major stations often don't have 5G network, only LTE. I'm very worried that I won't be able to open the ticket. Although I was able to use it this time, I still prefer physical tickets over electronic tickets; I have a bit of a phobia about using electronic tickets.

Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.

a good deal .but this pass will only cover hankyu line.. will buy again though!
