Guide Masa was the best guide I encountered for all my trips in Japan. He’s very well prepared to every single detail. Fantastic with photography skills and even have a secret spot with lesser ppl to take photos.

The light sculpture show at night is a different visual experience and enjoyment. You can also enjoy the night maples at the same time, which is a double enjoyment. Great.

A great trip. Enjoy taking a boat to admire the red leaves on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. The boat is fast and slow at times, and the boatman will also explain the scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It is very interesting and highly recommended.

If it's your first time in Kyoto, I think you can't help but think about a bus tour. It has the advantage of being able to visit several places in one day. However, it also has the disadvantage of having a short stay time. There were times when time was a bit tight, but fortunately, there was no problem looking around. Guide Kim Hyo-ryeong led the tour, and she was a really satisfying guide. It was nice that she explained the tourist attractions, gave cautions, and told interesting stories. She also helped with taking pictures that weren't in the product description at each tourist attraction, and it was great that she kindly answered and helped customers with travel questions unrelated to the tourist attractions. Among the many bus tours, Dayentrip was the tour that I received the most friendly recommendation from Chatgpt, and I think it was accurate. However, since it's a group tour, the bus boarding time can be inconvenient depending on the level of the participating customers, but the guide was the best, so I was able to have a good time. It was a satisfying tour!

It was a really fun trip to Kyoto. If you are visiting for the first time and are feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend that you consider it as a stepping stone for your future independent travel in Kyoto and experience it. Next time I visit another part of Japan, I plan to take a bus tour and then do an independent trip.

No need to exchange tickets, just walk to the entrance. Very convenient. Inside, there are food and drinks for sale. You can sit and eat amidst the lights and sounds. It's not far to walk along the path. If you just walk and take pictures, it will take about 1 hour.

What an experience! It is refreshing to visit and see the castle during night time with the illumination since most attractions are done during the day. There are also food vendors along the way where you can get some snacks and drinks.
