Seamless and fastest way to go from Kyoto Station to Osaka Kansai Airport! The initial setting up looks a little overwhelming but once you were able to add your ticket, you can easily select your preferred time and seats. So easy and quick! We’re also happy that we were able to ride the Hello Kitty Haruka back to Kansai. 🥰

It's easy to use: just find the QR code scan point at the station entrance, which is available at every station. Enjoy unlimited sightseeing in Osaka. It's recommended to purchase separately for each person, as it's more convenient to use. Also, if you use the same QR code to enter and exit the same station within a short period of time before the QR code changes, you may encounter issues entering. You will need to show your ticket to a staff member for verification.

The Kansai Airport Limousine Bus made getting to and from the airport so easy and stress-free! It’s comfortable, clean, and has plenty of space for luggage. The buses run pretty often and are always on time, which is perfect after a long flight. Definitely one of the most convenient ways to travel between the airport and the city!

JR Kansai Mini Pass (via Klook) – 3-day JR-WEST pass for unlimited rides on JR local/rapid trains in Kansai. Used for Kansai Airport ↔ Osaka, Amagasaki, Nara, and JR lines in Osaka city. Pros: Great value if you travel mostly on JR; covers airport access, Nara, and Amagasaki; easy to redeem via Klook; no need for separate tickets. Cons: Doesn’t include Haruka Express or Osaka Metro/private lines; limited area. Verdict: For my itinerary focused on JR routes—airport, Osaka, Amagasaki, and Nara—the pass was worth it and convenient. Best for short trips with JR-heavy travel. Tip: Plan routes using JR lines (e.g., JR Kobe Line, Yamatoji Line) and keep an IC card for subways or private trains.

If you come to Osaka and wish to travel to other areas like Nara, Kyoto, etc... then this pass is a Must. We cover Nara, Kyoto, Kobe and even Wakayama for about 1 hour plus ride, it's fun and relaxing. It's worth the price. Thank You.

this is really helpful if you are trying to save money. however, it might take too much of your time so you really need to plan well. the pass does not include the limited train so it is kinda confusing.

If you are travelling and exploring the Kansai west area, this is a must buy! We travelled to Takamatsu from Osaka and the round trip alone on the JR Line would have cost us $120+. With the pass we were able to also go to Kyoto which made it worth it!

A useful pass for the local trains which can be redeemed at Sanjo station office in Kyoto. I used the pass to travel to get to the Kibune Shrine in the north of Kyoto. The pass covers trains up to Demachiyanagi station then to Kibune for a pleasant journey. When you get to Kibuneguchi station, get off to pay a ¥250 fee to get the bus to Kibune Shrine for some exploration. Cash needed and the pass won't apply to travel on the bus. Beautiful area late in the afternoon just before the evening falls.
