Hotels near Shinjuku Station

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel after 7 years and I still love it. Rooms are compact and while it was a bit of a struggle to conveniently place my luggage it was still a good choice. Staff were helpful, lots of amenities are provided for and with a coffee shop at the entrance and many convenience stores close by it was the perfect choice.

The location right next to Shinjuku Station was great, making it easy to get around by subway, and there was a Lawson convenience store right nearby, which was also a plus. The staff were friendly, and they even had a scale to weigh luggage. The room was also quite spacious.

Second time back and this hotel, and experience was good. Touched that they provided a handwritten note, knowing we are celebrating birthday during this trip.

It's my 3rd time to stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and the hotel service is still one of the best that I've experienced in Tokyo. Rooms are more spacious than average in Tokyo, and the conveniences of having an ice machine, coin laundry and a dedicated smoking room are the things I personally value in this hotel. Service from reception staff are also top-notch with their ability to converse in English specially for international travellers. Check-in and check-out process is also very quick and convenient. Location-wise, it's also one of my preferred locations for its proximity to several restaurant options, shopping areas and nightlife with friends and colleagues.

Hotel Location: Not far from Kabukicho, very convenient for nightlife here in the evening. Cleanliness: Comfortable and clean. Service: Excellent! Transportation Convenience: Closer to the JR line, the subway requires a bit more walking.

It was truly a wonderful experience. I got a room on the 16th floor with a view over Shinjuku. The service was also excellent; when my bathtub leaked, it was taken care of immediately. The service was always extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was also outstanding. I was at Shinjuku Station in 10 minutes, and there were also 2 beautiful temples all around. I give my highest recommendation. I am very satisfied and would love to come back.
