the pillow is not good, almost flat to the bed, because of that i've got morning headache, and the blanket is too thick even the aircon feels not so cool, but the hospitality and the quick response to my problem is excellent

booked the hotel due to the limo bus to and from the airport which is very convenient. hotel is clean and just a short walk away from the subway station. only item I can think thats a downside is the elevators can get very busy and there can be a bit of a wait sometimes

AAA+++ Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Our stay here was an excellent experience. Ikebukuro is a nice suburb and a stone's throw from famous tourist locations. The hotel is directly connected to Sunshine Mall so you can shop till you drop. We'll definitely stay here again.
