loved this hotel so much. our room was beautiful and the corner balcony was lovely! the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. enjoyed our last few nights in Tokyo here. would definitely stay here again when we come back. also a great location in between Shibuya and Shinjuku, so it was easy to take the metro while being in a peaceful area. the Shinjuku National Garden is also very close and even walkable.

will definitely come back to this hotel when i'm in tokyo. it was conveniently located near meiji jingu, shinjuku gyoen park, and shibuya. it's in a quieter area of shinjuku but just a short train ride away from shinjuku station. the views from the hotel was stunning and the amenities were top tier!

The hotel was fantastic. very close to two JR stations and the subway. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel breakfast was great. Would love to try the other locations. I loved the pancake machine

Excellent hotel with easy 2 minutes to the metro. Staff are exceptional and speak perfect English. We didn't go for the breakfast option in preference to using the bakery which is superb. We had a lovely Italian meal in the restaurant one night too which was not expensive and was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to friends and family as it's such a calm place to stay in Tokyo.

Loved the proximity to train stations and location - near enough to Shinjuku yet gave us room to breathe. Good size room. Breakfast was way overpriced and would have been good if front desk staff spoke better English.
