Great experience. Very clean hotel, an excellent breakfast with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Friendly staff — we asked to change rooms because of noise and they accommodated us immediately. They were available for any question or request. A subway station is located next to the hotel.

very far away from town center, no convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but clean and comfortable hotel with gym and hot springs anyway

loved this hotel so much. our room was beautiful and the corner balcony was lovely! the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. enjoyed our last few nights in Tokyo here. would definitely stay here again when we come back. also a great location in between Shibuya and Shinjuku, so it was easy to take the metro while being in a peaceful area. the Shinjuku National Garden is also very close and even walkable.

will definitely come back to this hotel when i'm in tokyo. it was conveniently located near meiji jingu, shinjuku gyoen park, and shibuya. it's in a quieter area of shinjuku but just a short train ride away from shinjuku station. the views from the hotel was stunning and the amenities were top tier!

The hotel was fantastic. very close to two JR stations and the subway. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel breakfast was great. Would love to try the other locations. I loved the pancake machine
