Best staff and amenities. Location wise is also great: within Yamanote Line and close to konbinis (7-11, Lawson and FamMart). The only set back was the small size room like most of Tokyo hotels.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tamachi is a good hotel in Tokyo, it’s not far from the different known places such as Shibuya and Shinjuku. it was near to Tokyo and Euno station for easy access outside Tokyo and airports. It was also a quiet and calm neighboorhood. The hotel itself was very nice, spacious room compared to other hotels in Tokyo. staff are friendly and can assist you easily. The downgrade only is the spread of food in the breakfast buffet, although you have other options for breakfast as it was near to different kombinis. will definetely go back for a stay and recommend this hotel to others. thank you.

cleanliness: the whole hotel are very clean; transport access: very near to Tamachi station of JY line hotel location: many restaurant around the hotel, and also near with Yamato Transport Co. where you can buy a box for your things.

Our 2nd time in Japan and we chose to stay here again for the 2nd time. We love the location so much. Lots of konbini. Close to train station (Yamanote line) and close to yakiniku like 🤣 We love their customer service always and you can choose airporter to pickup luggage from hotel to airport.

This hotel is super cool as it was near to convienient stores and a few minutes from the train station. The room was so neat but small as the standard Japanese room but compensated that you can put the luggage under the bed.
